Internal
The white minimal interior of the property with smooth curved edges and simple deco gives you a relaxing ambience and an enjoyable atmosphere. The views from all corners of the villa is uninterrupted no matter if you are inside or outside as the villa is built with the concept of having eye contact with the water.
As you enter the villa there is a majestic entrance designed totally by glass and Santorinian volcano stones. The Santorini Villa features a full equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and dining table.
The modern designed living room of the villa has a comfortable sitting corner with a marble and glass design dining table, LED TV, comfortable armchairs and a mural sofa that can accommodate an extra person. Central a/c with cooling and heating is also available in case you visit the villa and Santorini in the winter while the top notch alarm system protects the whole property.

External
A private courtyard with flowers of 10.000 square meters with a private infinity pool, fantastic sea views, a shaded lounge area under a pergola and sun beds. On an atmospheric corner of the villa there is a BBQ area and a large dining table overlooking the Aegean sea.
The symphony of colors of the sea and the sky changes during the day and comes to its peak at sunset time while the combination of local volcano stone and glass offers a unique and luxurious relaxing shelter. The lounge area is atmospheric especially in the night when it is candle lighted and you enjoy unlimited views from every corner.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Two Master bedrooms with queen size beds, and en suite modern bathroom with shower each one. The private balcony is a comfortable outside seating area which offers breathtaking view and is only a few steps away from the swimming pool and the heated Jacuzzi.
Indoor and outdoor private entrance, Simmons mattress, LED TV, bathrobes ,slippers and other amenities are also available. Three modestly-sized bedrooms with modern shower bathroom each one, few meters away from the infinity pool with view of the east side of the Aegean Sea.

Santorini was amazing!

Everyone really enjoyed the daily breakfast and the proximity to the town of Pyrgos. Our hostess there was amazing as well. When we had a slight problem with the air conditioner, it was immediately addressed and fixed. Thank you for your recommendation for Mylos for dinner as well as Captain Ted for our sunset cruise. We especially liked Captain Ted and enjoyed talking with him and actually using the sails on the catamaran. My only concern about the trip is how to replicate this next summer! We’ve got some really high standards to live up to. Thank you for helping to make this trip absolutely unforgettable. Thanks again and we look forward to working with you again soon.

Perfect for us!

This villa is exactly what we wanted - away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, but only a ten min drive away. You have to see the villa to believe it. The owner should be proud of her vision and the staff here exceed expectations every step of the way. Spotless, and stunning, if you're looking for luxury and no worries, book this place. We are here 15 nights and hope it never ends. Thank you everyone! Oh yeah, the chef who makes breakfast makes this place a Michelin 5 star! We will be back

Mesmerizing!

I reckon, It's a paradise stay in a rather more heavenly island in that part of the world. Such an amazing welcome by the Owner of the Villa and the Staff available in the premise, makes you feel like almost home. The ambiance around is just so divine and peaceful. Secluded and providing extreme privacy and security at the same point are some of the added advantages of the Villa location. The proximity to the closest places around the island, the amazing breakfast, the Pool, the Jacuzzi, the Kitchen (WOW). Hats off to the Villa owner who has specially taken care in designing and crafting each corner of the villa with fine sense of style. Me and my wife had the best time on our Honeymoon at this villa. I recommend this to all who are looking to have their best time on this gorgeous island.HATS OFF Kamini Villa Team!

Beautiful

The private villa is aesthetically beautiful. The design and furniture are fantastic and the pool is great. It has a beautiful view of the nearby mountain and is a short car ride to Pyrgos and Kamari. The breakfast is also good.
