Host communicated very well. Unit had everything we needed. The resort itself is always very nice. Having stayed in other units in the building at a better rate for more room, a little cleaner & updates, I felt the nightly fee should be cheaper for this unit. But overall my family & I were satisfied.

Daytona Beach Shores

The condo was very clean & has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. If available on my next vacation I’ll be staying here again.

Our short stay in Daytona

This condo was nice and roomy. We had an Oceanfront room and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunsets. We had a couple hiccups with our stay but nothing to really mention on this review. The management made sure that we were completely happy with our stay and we were!

Exceptional Views and ocean sounds.

Front desk extremely friendly and full of great suggestions for dinner. Apartment clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. Everything you need very close by. Highly recommended.

Couch bed was horrible, water pressure from the sinks and showers were very low .

Resort was great other then several broken things in our room such as toaster did not work, could not open blinds in bedroom they were broken, no instructions on how to work the cable tv,I never did figure it out and the glass in the over door was smashed ..sent someone to look at oven our last day there but was not fixed when we left

It was fine

Nothing spectacular, but for the cost it was just fine. I will say it was not very clean, with a few bugs and other things, but it's a beach condo, so it is what it is.

Main bedroom and the living room had amissing rod and broken / bent blinds.This was an issue that we raised to the property manager. They asked us to take and send them pictures which we did (attached). We requested a small refund for the inconvenience. The property manager took over a week to get back to us but declined to honor the request. I highly recommend renting another unit in the same building. We rented 2 condos and this one was in WAY worse condition than the other one located on the 3rd floor.
