Located on the seaside of Hamblyn Street, this classic kiwi style bach is a perfect getaway for families. Just a short stroll to the popular swimming beaches of East End and Fitzroy, as well as the Award Winning Scenic Coastal Walkway, you will find yourself surrounded by restaurants, arts, culture, and shopping. This 1980's home has been cherished by the same family for over 40 years, offering a unique opportunity to create your own family memories while soaking up the amazing sea views.



Spread over two spacious floors, this property features a bright and sunny living area that flows seamlessly to the deck. Enjoy the blue water vista and romantic sunsets while watching surfers and windsurfers. The main level includes two bedrooms: the master with a comfortable king bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with a bath, separate shower room, and toilet room complete this floor.
