For Extended Stays: For guests booking stays of 30 nights or longer, a $1,500 deposit is required. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 91 days before arrival, a $250 refundable deposit will be returned. If you cancel between 89-61 days before arrival, the full $1,500 deposit is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed within 60 days of arrival.
