Completely rebuilt in February 2023. Relax with the whole family at Seashell Cottage, 2-min stroll to the pool & most beautiful beach in the Caribbean!

Stay at my well-equipped 3-bed bungalow: king bedroom w/ensuite; 2nd bedroom king or 2 twins w/ensuite; 3rd flex bedroom/office/den w/king or twin daybed. Modern kitchen for gourmet meals at home. Day trips to swim with the pigs, feed the rays, dive, snorkel & explore the out-islands!

The space
Seashell Cottage has an all new light filled open concept kitchen/living/dining, with a 55" TV, and a comfy sofa. The primary king bedroom has an ensuite w/shower, the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can form 1 king bed, also featuring an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower. The cottage offers a flexibile 3rd bedroom/office/den that has a cozy single daybed that can be converted to a king. There is also a fold out office table for 1 or 2 people in case you need to keep up with your work responsibilities. A lush private patio includes seating, dinning & BBQ Grill.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire beach cottage and patio space. You're only a 2 min stroll from the large heated pool area, spectacular beach & stunning turquoise waters. You can also relax and have a sunset coctail at the observation deck, over looking the white sandy beach and peacefull sea of Abaco!

Other things to note
We can arrange a private chef, catering services, private boat hire etc. Anything we can do to make your vacation even better, just let us know!

There are 4 restaurants nearby: Cafe La Florence, the Pavillion Restaurant at the Bahama Beach Club (both walking distance), Sunset Pizza and Treasure Sands (both a golf cart ride away). A few shops are just a 5 minute stroll from your villa, including a small grocery/convenience store, Café/bakery serving casual meals all day and a small liquor store.

We suggest you buy your groceries from Maxwells' Supermarket in Marsh Harbour when you arrive, as the selection there is best.

Please Note: Treasure Cay is continuing to rebuild after Hurrican Dorian and some local amenities are still not available.

Please just be aware that you may occasionally experience some modern discomforts (power outages, water pressure losses, or insects (we do monthly treatments) but they are usually short-lived.

Lastly, please note that any damage to the property inside or outside, furnishings or decor will be billed to the renter.
