Foreshore Apartment 104 - a downtown apartment experience
Light, bright, self-contained and airconditioned studio apartment with king size bed, lounge, work nook, kitchenette and own balcony overlooking the heritage, marina, entertainment and harbour precinct of downtown Albany.
It is less than a 2min walk to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, and leaves no need to drive to breakfast, lunch or dinner! Facilities: Balcony, Courtyard, Dining Room, Non-Smoking Only
All aspects were good except the AC would not heat.
In July heating is a must. Contacted the agent who apologized and was in Perth so could not come to check the AC. Alternatives were not acceptable.
I requested I partial refund if the AC was found to be working OK and lack of heating due to my inability to operate the control.
No response 10 days later.
Very good purpose and location for 2 people to stay.Central for us. No road traffic.Good neigh ours.Rooms quite good, clean We chose well to stay there, and Annie was on tap to answer both our questions in 3 days
Convenient, clean, comfortable apartment. Walking distance from good views, bars, shops and eateries, but peaceful as well.
Value for money compared to other options in the area.
Only issue was the lock on the door was very difficult to open and probably needs looking at.
Very neat, modern, clean and conveniently located accommodation on the Albany Port. Our second stay in this complex. Would use it again. Thank you, Annie.
I'm Annie Brandenburg. Duke and Hilde own the apartment, and I help out with managing it.
Duke and Hilde got to short stay property after selling Duke's Vineyard, the business and great taste they established in the Porongurups a good few years ago.
I got to short stay business via the GFC, when a friend and I were landed with a property we couldn't sell. Red Cottage was born, numerous others followed, and today I own and operate Bluff Cottage. It's something I've been doing for years!
