You will enjoy the fully updated chef's kitchen, which includes a gas cooktop with a separate beverage cooler and 4 TVs for your entertainment needs. The TV in the living room is an 80" 4K OLED TV. ***NOTE: There is a non-refundable pet deposit in the amount of $500.00***

Perhaps one of the greatest features is the brand new 500-square-foot (the largest allowed) 'Beach Club' style dock designed by the property owner. The dock has a brand-new retractable ladder, so you can launch your kayaks easily if you desire. Foa'Lua features a separate workspace in the third bedroom if you are coming to work remotely. The home has a beautiful balcony from the living room with sunset views and a large patio off the ground level. The ground level is easily accessible via the stairwell in the front or the stairwell in the back.
