- There are several steep stairs to access the entrance of this apartment.
- There is a separate residence upstairs, but entrance is completely separate.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
