Cozy family friendly home in west Lethbridge

Relax and enjoy this beautiful clean bright home. our property boasts a bright open floorplan, filled with large windows. Located in a peaceful, quiet, sought-after neighborhood of west Lethbridge. Steps out the front door there is a park for the kids as well as green space to gather the family for some fun. On the other side of our property approximately a block away is another park and green space. Nestled between the 2 parks gives lots of room to take a little evening stroll.

The space
From the moment you open the door you will be welcomed by a cozy environment where you can feel at home. This space is where comfort meets chic. The main floor consists of an open concept living room and kitchen with a dining area and computer nook to the side. Home has air conditioning. Carpets inside have recently been updated to give it that brand new feeling. The prairie style living room windows gives this space a unique appeal. Across the street is a park and huge field to enjoy any games or sports with the family. The home can entertain up to at least 6 people comfortably and is perfect for families or smaller groups. (If your group is larger than 6 contact host for further options- there is a second unit attached that is a private unit that may be rented for larger groups).

Main Floor
- Living area with large comfortable sectional to enjoy some netflix and chill time on
the new 58” Roku TV, Netflix is also included at no charge
- Computer nook with access to WiFi (computer not provided)
- Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig machine, and some basic cooking oil and
spices
- Dinning room table with seating up to 7 (highchair available upon request)
- Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

Second Floor
- Master bedroom boast a king size sealy’s posturepedic mattress, closet, and
dresser
- Room 2 hosts Queen size sealy’s posturepedic mattress, closet and dresser
- Room 3 offers twin bunks, dresser, and closet with box of toys to enjoy during
your stay
- Large bright bathroom with jetted tub is a perfect way to unwind, toilet, sink and
hair dryer is provided
- Storage closet with extra bedding and blankets, first aid kit

Home is professionally cleaned between each stay.


Guest Access
Guests have access to the upstairs unit of the property. The downstairs is a separate private unit. Upon booking and confirmation of the booking, guests will be provided an access code. Any information regarding the property will be provided in a binder for guest to refer to. Guest may also contact host for any questions or concerns. We want this getaway to be pleasant and want you to enjoy your home away from home.

Other details to note
The home is located just 2 minutes away from a wide variety of amenities including grocery stores, array of restaurants, bank, and a fitness center. The ATB center is a 5 minute drive for all your sporting events, and a short 10 minute drive to the downtown to explore all the new changes. University of Lethbridge is a short 5 minute commute.

The front of the property includes security cameras that solely record the driveway. This video footage is not shared with public and is only kept for liability purposes in the event of a break-in or serious injury.
