A guest bedroom features a queen bed with the guest bedroom having two twin beds. The living space in #102 at 1140 Ocean Boulevard is gorgeous with a large sofa, flat screen television and wonderful artwork. The dining room and kitchen bar can accommodate eight comfortably for dinner. The kitchen has been renovated with new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
