IMPORTANT: Folly Beach has strict rules about noise and events that can result in violations and fines. No events are allowed at this house. This is in a residential neighborhood we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors who live here year round and respectful of our beautiful beaches.

PLEASE NOTE: In 2024, there’s some good news for Folly Beach: The City is re-nourishing our beach, which is greatly needed! Work has already begun on the west end of Folly Beach and will continue until August-September 2024. The focus is on one block at a time. While this should ultimately benefit everyone by providing more sand and larger beaches, there’s a slight possibility of beach construction or closures near this home. You can learn more about this process on the City of Folly Beach website. https://cityoffollybeach.com/2024-beach-preservation
