For the washing machine I have Prashad there that take the clothes and give you back the next day clean without a fee. You don’t need to buy anything and use a machine that you don’t know very good. It’s better for the customers and better for us because sometimes when the customers use the washing machines I had damage . As you mentioned Prashad made the washing. Almost all the customers gave great reviews to the property.

Hello , thank you for your review. The house is exactly as you see to the photos. To the description say that the small room have two beds one up to the other. I am very sorry for the condition of the road to the town , with the cats and rabbish but I can’t do anything to this . All Mykonos had problem those days cause to a strike .

We communicated with this client weeks prior to their arrival to ensure everything was well-coordinated, including purchasing specific, 9 expensive wines to enhance their stay—despite this not being part of our typical service. Unfortunately, we never received payment for these wines. We accommodated additional requests, such as providing an extra bed in the master bedroom and arranging breakfast service. The comment about the cleaner being the only person present is inaccurate; he speaks good English and is part of our team, capable of handling check-ins. Mentioning his nationality in a negative context is discriminatory, as we believe in equality. Our check-in time is 15:00, and the villa is always fully prepared by then, unless there is a departure on the previous day. We offer early access as a gesture of goodwill, not a guarantee so you can start your day. The villa’s location in Ornos is highly convenient, being only 5 minutes from town, a short walk to Ornos Beach, and close to popular restaurants and beach bars. All rooms have windows, and their comments about the bathroom and patio door are inaccurate, as shown in our listing photos. Finally, I question the motives behind their desire to leave, as their reasoning appears inconsistent with the actual state of the property( the reviews speak for themselves as they are most 5 stars) and finding alternative accommodation in peak season seems planned in advance.

It’s very “ strange “ that there was no sign of robbery to a window or to a door . Also it’s very strange that you left all those things outside of the safe box and as you told the robbers came close to your beds and took your things without anyone awake . It that case anyone can tell that have been robbed without any sign. And you didn’t call even the police . Please be SERIOUS.
