The resort includes an inground swimming pool (seasonal access) and a clubhouse (year-round access). The clubhouse includes a gym, library with seating area, dining area, bathroom, game room with a pool table, a video arcade table, a poker/snooker table, and a full kitchen to use for events.

Hollywood Regency is one of 5 cabins located within the serene beauty of Sweet Serenity Resort, a 36-acre retreat just north of Hochatown and Broken Bow, Oklahoma nestled in a private and peaceful cul-de-sac with over 1.5 acres of large hardwoods. Sweet Serenity Resort offers its guests the following amenities;

Hollywood Regency cabin represents the height of the 1930s Hollywood glamour in a chic, modern cabin aesthetic and sits like a glorious mirage in the serene beauty of Sweet Serenity Resort. Inside and out, Hollywood Regency offeres couples the solitude of the woods, the amenities of a boutique hotel, and the familarities of a home (includeing high-speed internet) to ensure a vacation that will never be forgotten and sests the bar for future holidays to come.

Hollywood Regency was custom designed by a well-renowned Dallas architect to take advantage of the surrounding landscape to provide our guests with a unique experience that encompasses both the indoors and outdoors simultaneously. As soon as you enter, the soaring ceilings painted a high gloss black give you the feeling of space and the idea that this is not your ordinary cabin. The extensive use of windows and sliding glass doors not only brings the outdoors in but frames the trees to create an almost gallery-like feel inside the cabin and ever-changing art on the walls. The see-through fireplace in the living room brings in even more light and more openness into the space to allow you to relax and enjoy your much-needed time away.

The living space is a luxurious open-concept design that affords comfortable and easy living during your stay at Hollywood Regency. All the furniture is high-end and comfortable. From the sofa, you can enjoy watching the 55” smart TV and take in the warm, soft, orange glow of the see-through gas log fireplace, all while sipping the cold Manhattan you made on the rolling bar cart just steps away. If your mood changes, bring your drinks and move to the game room retreat, a unique room in this cabin where you can sit in the cushy club chairs and play games, kick back, or talk about the day’s events.

From the gold fixtures, high-end Kitchen-Aid appliances, custom open cabinets, and waterfall edge countertops made from the latest state-of-the-art materials, the galley kitchen is also reminiscent of 1930s glam styling. Within the well-appointed kitchen, you will find all the small appliances, utensils, and serving dishes needed to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple late-night snack. Sit at the island on the polished gold bar stools and enjoy your morning coffee while your loving chef makes you a delicious breakfast (or vice versa).

Through a 6 ft sliding glass door from the living room, you enter an oasis like no other. Encased in beautiful opulent tile from floor to ceiling, the gorgeous spa-like bathroom will not disappoint. The first feature you encounter is the unique round 5’ soaking tub. Lit from above by a crystal chandelier, this tub will invite you to spend some quality time just relaxing to soft music or a good book. The huge walk-in shower has two shower heads as well as a hand-held shower, again encasing you in high-end tile work that is a visual work of art. A double vanity with a touch-activated 5 ft back-lit mirror will ensure that no sharing is needed when it is time to get ready to go and enjoy all that Hollywood Regency, Sweet Serenity, and Hochatown have to offer! Leaving the cabin through the bedrooms 6 ft sliding glass doors into the natural forest that makes up Sweet Serenity Resort, you are able to take advantage of the cozy Dr. Wellness Tranquillity sunken hot tub equipped with two lounge seats, 31 jets, and blue tooth speakers. You can also enjoy the double-sided fireplace from the comfort of the hot tub while having a cocktail and recharging your soul. An open area sun deck equipped with two fully reclining sun chairs and a gas grill only add to the amenities you will enjoy during your stay at Hollywood Regency. Oh, and don’t forget the wood-burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs nestled within the landscape for enjoying those beautiful Oklahoma nights.

Cancellations/Reschedules:
• 50% refund up to 30 days prior to your arrival (except Airbnb fees)
• There are no dates changes or refunds made inside 14 days. Due to the nature of our business and commitment to individual cabin owners there are no exceptions to this rule.
• We do not refund payments or adjust your reserved dates for weather-related events or other acts of God beyond our control.
• If you purchased trip cancellation insurance, please review your policy, or contact the 800-number provided on your insurance confirmation.

Check in: 4 pm
Check out: 11 am

The local housekeeping companies must clean multiple cabins within a set time frame. Please respect their schedule and depart by your designated check-out time.
Prohibitions: The following are not allowed on our properties:
• Smoking inside any cabin. Any smoke-related abatement efforts or clean-up of cigarette butts in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.
• Additional guests beyond the number listed on your confirmation, without prior written consent.
• Vacationing students or individuals under 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or with prior written consent.
• Burning candles.
• Hazardous materials (except customary cleaning and fertilizing substances), explosives, or illegal drugs.
• Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind without prior written consent.
• GUNS: Guns must always be unloaded and in a locked box while in the cabin. Guns left on the premises will be forfeited to the police and guest must arrange pick up with the department.

MAX Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum guest number allowed. Your reservation must reflect accurately the number of guests in your party.

Minimum Stay: Our cabins may require a minimum stay of two or three nights, depending on the time of year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or high season.

NO Daily Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

Check OUT Policy: Before your departure we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy.
• Please dispose of all indoor trash into outdoor bins.
• Wash all used dishes. Dishes may be left in dishwasher if they are clean or left running.
• Do not strip sheets off beds. Simply leave beds un-made.
• Please start a load of white towels
• For safety reasons please be sure all doors and windows are locked, fireplaces are turned off, hot tub cover is on, and thermostat is set between 72-74
• Remember to remove all your personal items from the refrigerator, pantry, closets, drawers, and under beds.
• There is an extra service fee if cabin is left untidy. Fee depends on condition of the cabin and additional cleaning staff required.

Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the guest will not be permitted to check in.
