This modern and tastefully decorated townhome in the desirable South Jacksonville Beach just across the street from the beach. This home offers a relaxing and serene beach life. First floor has a guest suite with full bath and kitchenette. A fenced private side yard with outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. The 2nd floor has a wonderful open concept living space with TV, gas fireplace, wooden built-in's, gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and private outdoor balcony for relaxing or entertaining with stunning views of the Atlantic. The 3rd floor offers a spacious primary bedroom with huge walk in closet, luxurious owners bath with walk in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanity. The laundry room and 3rd bedroom complete with own private bath are also found on the 3rd floor.

All 6 of us really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time in Jax Beach. I was the one organizing this trip so I need to reach out to the property manager about some issues that need to be addressed.

Family get away

The house was perfect for our family with 3 separate suites. Being so close to the beach was also a great feature. Nicely decorated and very comfortable home. Would definitely rent there again.

Convenient location without much traffic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Impressed with location, furnishings, and kitchen and dining utensils/dishes. Clean throughout the rental property. I don’t wear shoes around the house so I can easily tell if non-carpeted floors are filthy. The only issue I had was with the additional charge from VRBO. I reserved the rental from Expedia. Expedia acquired VRBO so I felt I was charged twice for admin fees.

This property was a construction zone and no privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not told of the massive construction work done on at least three buildings next to this unit. I felt as if we were vacationing in a construction zone. Hammering and sawing with dump trucks and 10 plus vehicles parked all over the place. Men coming and going which made it so my wife felt unsafe. We would have never stayed there if we knew this before.

Great location, very clean but…

We agonized on how to rate this stay and our experience due to a critical error of the property manager. First, the good: this home has been fabulously updated. We found it impeccably clean and furnished nicely. The home is well appointed with kitchen utensils/appliances and beach chairs. The location is great…a block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay. Now, the not so good: the owner employs a property management company and we were not so impressed with them. They were pleasant to deal with over the phone but they made a critical error that resulted in a major inconvenience. A month prior to our arrival, we arranged an additional night on the front end of our reservation. It was available, we booked and were charged for the extra night. With a family of 7 rolling down the highway for the 11 hour drive, we received our “welcome” email but noted the dates did not include the extra day. We called immediately to confirm what we hoped was just a clerical error. Unfortunately the error was not merely clerical. The management company failed to actually add our extra day and the house was not available. They admitted their error and apologized but suddenly we were homeless. They offered a home about 30 min away for 1 night but that required check out/in during the middle of the day in which we had planned activities… the reason for the extra day in the first place. More to share but have reached the maximum space to type.

It’s in a great location, across the street from the beach. There are numerous stairs as it’s 3 levels, so those with mobility issues may have some difficulty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again!

Room Without a View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture of the beach is taken from the unit that is under renovation. This Unit faces the homes on 12th Street. Additionally, the furniture on the balcony without a view isn't clean therefore not useable. Everything inside was clean & comfortable however the hope was to have outdoor space to enjoy the beach view. As a result, spent very little time in the unit. Would not recommend as a result.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft and of good quality. We wished we could have stayed for longer than our long weekend.
