Great unit! Very clean and the location was perfect for us. Staff was extremely fast at responding to any issues we had. This unit is definetly worth staying in!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time on spring break. Adagio is a families dream and this unit was absolutely perfect for what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and an ideal location for walking to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream and getting to and from beach was a breeze. The owners stocked beach toys for kids which was such an added bonus. We will be booking again for next year!

Perfect location

Well equipped apartment located in perfect location. There's a great pool and the beach is short walk from the building. Loved exploring the quaint beach towns on 30A. It was our first time in the area, but definitely plan on it not being our last.

Girls Trip fun!

Great stay! We enjoyed the location so much! Short walk to ice cream and shops! Condo was clean and perfect for our group! Quiet and always able to get chairs by pool! We will be back!!

We loved our stay

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay great!! We loved sitting on the large patio and enjoying the pool areas. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of seating for family time. We also loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. We rented bikes and chairs right at the condo. We had a wonderful time here and plan to return soon!

We love the Adagio

We have come back to D305 at the Adagio twice and have loved it each time. We will for sure be back! Be sure to get beach chair rentals from La Dolce Vita - the guys who run the chairs at the beach are fantastic. Also be sure to check out the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery down the road - they have excellent ice cream.

Fall break with the family

Property being gated is big plus for us since we have lots of kids from our school there at the same time. Feels safe to let them go back and forth to other condos.

We felt like 5 o’clock was awful late for check-in considering we are from out of town. Accommodations were great with the exception of several power outages and AC was out. Maintenance was very responsive on getting the AC up and running. Oh no we had a wonderful time.

The location is perfect and the porch is relaxing in the evening and morning. Master bathroom is in desperate need of updating, so don’t expect any long hot showers with great water pressure. Other than that, the condo is clean and functions well for a family.

Family vacation 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and accommodated the eight of us well. The dining room table had bench seats on the side so we could all dine together. The living room had two couches and chairs which also allowed us to all have a seat. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the pools are fantastic. The unit needs to have all couch and chair covers cleaned or replaced. The rug in the living room is fraying and is a trip hazard. The entry has a large box of pool toys piled up in the corner (messy looking) and the bedroom closet was packed with sandy beach chairs. Overall wonderful trip and nice unit. Looking forward to coming back.

Nice Place but Noisy Neighbors

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third time we stayed at Adagio. The previous two times we stayed in a different unit which was on the top (fourth) floor. This particular unit is on the third floor. Although the unit was well furnished and the kitchen was adequately stocked, we found it extremely frustrating to wake up each morning at 6:30am because the guests staying in the unit directly above us had children running around and they were constantly moving chairs/furniture around. The walls and floors are apparently not very well insulated. Also, it would have been nice to have a table/chairs out on the balcony as we typically enjoy having coffee and breakfast outside.

Thank you for your feedback. This unit (D-305) receives a tremendous amount of glowing feedback and we regret that you did not fully enjoy your experience. The noise issue is a new one we have not heard previously in over 50 rental stays so I am surprised to hear that you were having problems and I wish we would have known so that we could address them with the upstairs neighbors during your stay. This owner takes the condition and furnishing of their unit very seriously and we will let them know that you found the balcony furniture might need a different table in the mix. We hope you will come back and stay with us again at Adagio.
