We’re sorry that you found the check-in process frustrating. We do, however, want to clarify, the check-in link was sent as per the check-in information recorded on our system at the standard time of 2.45pm. We also appreciate your comments regarding receiving the access information close to arrival. We understand that mobile coverage can be limited in more remote areas, and we agree that having everything accessible before travelling is important. We’ll continue to look at ways we can make this as straightforward as possible for guests. The cottage’s location and its rural, more remote setting are clearly outlined in the property listing, including its distance from local amenities and the beach. We appreciate that this type of location won’t suit everyone, particularly when mobile reception is limited. We’re disappointed that the issues with the arrival process affected the beginning of your stay, although we’re glad you ultimately found the cottage to be a nice place to stay.
