Welcome to Trails End!
In all of the Rocky Mountains, there is no better destination than Trails End
Luxury condo home at Windcliff Estates — an exclusive, private year-round
accessible residential community of 150 custom luxury homes just 2 miles
outside of picturesque Estes Park, Colorado.
The Setting
Situated at 8,600' elevation, Trails End at Windcliff soars eye to eye with
the Continental divide to the West providing views that span from Otis,
Hallet, Flattop, Stone, Trail Ridge and the Mummy Range of Rocky Mountain
National Park. The Roosevelt National Forest is just steps from the front door
and provides “house hikes” to the summits of Rams Horn and Lily Mountain.
Trails End offers 2 garage parking spaces and additional room for an
additional vehicle in the easy to access driveway. An expansive wood deck
offers alfresco dining, relaxing sitting space and easy entry to the front
door entry. The large deck also provides afternoon shade and uphill views of

of the Rockies become the deserved focal point of the interior design. Every
detail was thought out so guests can enjoy all the comforts of home: a fully-
featured chef's kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz
countertops, coffee and wine bar stations. The massive eat-in island provides
seating for three and 8 more at the adjoining dining table. Within the
expansive custom wood cabinets is every accoutrement a discerning cook could
want for.
Step outside onto the grand balcony and prepare for your eyes to pop and your
heart to soar as your retinas try to take in the expansive, seemingly endless
panoramic views! Back inside, find comfortable lounging for the entire group
in front of the moss rock wood burning fireplace. A stylish, modern powder
room flanks the door to the garage and stairway to the lower floors.
Next Level Down - (3) Bedrooms
One floor down from the kitchen/dining/living area are two guest bedrooms
sharing a full bathroom with bathtub/shower across the hall and the primary
king bedroom with ensuite 3/4 bathroom with glass door shower. The middle
floor also provides the hallway accessible washer and dryer.
Lowest Level - the Great Room (4th "Bedroom")
Down another floor is the lowest level which offers a wide-open, massive
second living area featuring a 70” class HDTV, plenty of lounging, ping pong
table, card table and a napping nook with a queen-sized futon.

Trails End is professionally managed by Windcliff Vacation Rentals. The
Windcliff office is located at the entrance to Windcliff Estates just two
miles of paved, private roads below Trails End. You will check-in in person at
the Windcliff office, receiving respite from your travels in the form of
complimentary water bottles, chapstick, the local paper, and a quick personal
face-to-face orientation from Windcliff staff who will provide you with keys,
garage door openers for your condo and a detailed map providing both visual
and text directions to the home.
Year-Round Luxury
Trails End Luxury Duplex Condominium at Windcliff is available and accessible
year-round. Windcliff provides snow removal and trash removal services for all
rental guests. 4WD/AWD vehicles are REQUIRED for reservations October through
May.
