After a day of exploring, stretch out in the home gym, or soak under the stars in the brand-new private hot tub. Youâll love the fresh, modern, and clean feel to every room.
Inside, a bright and open layout welcomes you. The cozy living room flows into a spacious dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a chefâs gas range and luxurious granite countertops. Head out to the functional backyard space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh mountain air.
With five comfortable bedrooms (3 queens, 1 full, and 2 twins), the home easily sleeps up to 10 guestsâand there's plenty of parking with space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. High-quality linens and professionally cleaned spaces ensure a restful and worry-free stay.
When the rare Colorado weather keeps you in (hello, 300 days of sunshine!), this home delivers on indoor fun: big-screen TVs, fast WiFi, a home office, and a game zone with foosball, an arcade machine, and more. This home is located in a central part of Colorado Springs offering great access to all of the well-known area attractions for visitors and guests. There are also some aspects to this part of town that really make it a hidden jewel. Palmer Park â 1,500 acres of extreme Colorado natural goodness, and a favorite of locals offering hiking, riding, running trails, views, scenery, natural vistas â is within just a few blocks of this home. There are local bars and cafes close (check out Kawa Coffee ⊠a definite favorite), The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS), and the new University Village shopping center offering upscale dining and retail experiences; all so close! Garden of the Gods is a 12 minute drive, Downtown is 5 minutes away, The Air Force Academy, The Airport, The Broadmoor and Manitou Springs are all about 20 minutes away. Close, quiet, in an established neighborhood next to an exceptional natural park space â youâll love it!
Getting Around:
We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!

ATTENTION:
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* We are not liable for any injuries from gym use. Please use the gym at your own risk.
* The carport is not available for guest use
