The ideal family holiday or weekend getaway with a private swimming pool, ducted a/c throughout and a pontoon to fish off. This open plan home has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
This amazing privately-owned house offers 4 Bedroom with dual living areas and is perfect for a family of upto 9.

Guests will have access to the whole house and itâs facilities!
Please note the front two bedrooms are attached to the house but has an external entry.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
Upon booking, you are agreeing to this requirements. Thank you.
