4 Bdrms, King bed in Master with aircon, large walk through robe to your En-suite, 2nd room has a single bed with pull out trundle. Bedroom 3 and 4 have Queen beds in each room.
Open plan airconditioned living with a large lounge suite to rest and relax on. WiFi throughout, Smart TV to tune into your own channels. Large BBQ and an outdoor fire pit, you just need to go find your wood !
Large main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Laundry with washer and dryer.
Plenty of room for the boat and a single lock up garage at the top of the property if required. Large tank, however we would ask that you limit your shower time and laundering.
Get out to nature and enjoy this beautiful home and have birds singing all around you. There are many kangaroos coming by.

As the property is not fenced, well behaved pets are allowed on enquiry

Guest Access:
Less than 10 minute drive to Agnes Water township and beach. The whole property is yours to utilise. No Camping is allowed, extra fees and charges can apply.

The Neighborhood:
The perfect place for outdoor fires in winter to toast the marshmallows, have a Beverage and discuss the days activities.
Great for extended families to holiday together or groups of friends with holiday memories to grow with.

Please note that this property has a dam and there is no fencing, please watch your children at all times.
