Pourquoi choisir notre maison victorienne vers 1891? Authenticité! Nous aimons beaucoup la belle ville de Savannah que nous appelons maison et aimons particulièrement les vieilles maisons et toutes les choses anciennes ... nous aimons les histoires et les souvenirs que l'architecture antique et le mobilier vintage peuvent raconter (je suis un `` parleur '', donc si vous demandez moi je les partagerai tous!) La maison est affectueusement surnommée "La Stella" pour Mlle Stella Strous qui a vécu dans cette maison pendant 87 ans et a loué les maisons adjacentes. Aujourd'hui, notre famille continue cet héritage et espère partager la maison de Mlle Stella avec vous également.

Spacieux pour un grand groupe pour profiter de la compagnie les uns des autres tout en visitant et en explorant la belle ville de Savannah. Décor original et amusant pour s'adapter à l'ambiance festive en vacances. Situé dans le quartier victorien historique, à seulement 2,5 pâtés de maisons au sud de Forsyth Park, le plus grand parc du centre-ville historique de Savannah. Profitez de 2 places de stationnement hors voirie désignées ou suffisamment proches pour marcher au centre-ville pour les personnes actives et valides. La maison est à 1, 2 miles tout droit sorti des pavés de River Street, la limite la plus au nord du quartier historique historique. La maison est située près du coin d'une artère principale de Savannah, donc le bruit de la circulation et la sirène occasionnelle sont à prévoir car le centre-ville est un centre urbain actif. (Renseignez-vous sur nos maisons adjacentes, "The Janie", liste # 675585 "ou" The Clara ", liste # 675595, ou lisez des années de critiques positives car ces maisons adjacentes ont accueilli des milliers de visiteurs au cours des dernières années.)

Choses à considérer avant de réserver: Nous avons besoin d'un âge minimum de 25 ans pour louer. We had a great time. This home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The owners were very nice and communicated well with us. They even gave us plenty of suggestions of things to do and places to eat around town! Highly recommend them!

Amazing home and location

The home was perfect for our 9 person bachelorette, Carmen, the owner, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The location is within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to do downtown.

Family Girls Getaway

Our stay at the Stella was exactly what I wanted for our mother/daughter/sister/cousins getaway. The quirkiness and age of the house were fun and whimsical. We had all that we needed and were greeted by Carmen and Nick when we arrived. They were very personable and helpful. We had a lot of fun making memories and enjoying the beautiful city of Savannah.

Wonderful stay!

The property was eclectic and fun! Lots of attention to detail and super clean. There was lots of seating for guests in the common areas, and the beds were super comfortable. The property was also in a great location. It was very near to SCAD, shopping, and restaurants. I had wonderful communication with the property manager, and she was super helpful! my entire family stayed for the weekend, and we would definitely stay here again! I can't say enough good things about the property!

Great accommodations + location for low key bachelorette weekend

I booked The Stella for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We absolutely adored this property! There was plenty of room for us and we were very impressed with how spacious the house is. It was a great location for walking to local coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. Because we were such a large group, we did opt to Uber/Lyft to a couple locations on/near River St just to save time, but when we had extra time we did walk to/from Forsyth Park and throughout other areas near the home’s location. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil and appliance we needed to make brunch before heading out each day. Communicating with the owners Jon & Carmen was very easy, Carmen was quick to respond to any questions/communications I had for her and she even dropped something off to the house that I needed that the house just happened to not have before we went out to a store to get it. The check-in/check-out process was also very smooth, and I appreciated the option to pay a small fee for a guaranteed early check-in as my flight landed much earlier than the designated check-in time. Overall, myself, my sister, and her friends all had a great time and I absolutely would recommend Jon & Carmen for any future rentals!

Perfect for Our Group

We had a group of 9, mostly teens visiting. Ample space for everyone here! The beds were really comfy. The group loved staying in this house, and we even re-arranged our schedule to spend more time at the home. We made most of our meals there, and this is the most fully-stocked kitchen rental I have ever used. All of the utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc you could need are there. Per our request, Carmen even dropped off a crock pot. We found an InstaPot after, and easily could have used that too. Carmen was kind enough to have a whole coffee set up, which is essential for our group. Carmen was very responsive to anything we needed, and made the booking and arrival process very easy. It was great to have parking for two full size cars right at the house, since parking in Savannah is difficult! We have people with mobility issues, so we did choose to drive into the historic area, which is an easy drive. If we felt better, it would have been an easy walk to Forsyth park, and able to get the free shuttle from there around Savannah. Our group really did love staying here, and I would book this, or any other property Carmen has in an instant!

Great Experience!! The owner's thought of everything!!

My family and I came down to house hunt in the Savannah area and opted to stay at "the Stella" as we also wanted to explore the city. We were not disappointed!! The house was not only everything the listing promised, our hosts Carmen and Jonathan thought of everything. From salt and pepper to toiletries. Every time we asked if we had something - we found it in one of the cupboards. We had a great welcome with a personalized sign and chocolates. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. And then there was the location!! You are just minutes away from River Street and the Historic District. We couldn't have asked for more!! I would highly recommend this property!! Thanks for a wonderful stay Carmen!!

Amazing Hosts

We had an amazing time in Savannah, we spent two nights with our daughters. The house was perfect place to spend time. Our second night we had severe weather alerts and Carmen made sure that we were aware, stayed informed, and safe. The dining room table was the perfect place to make a jigsaw puzzle and wait for the weather to pass.

Savannah Rock n' Roll Weekend

Our group of runners picked "The Stella" due to the proximity of the house to the finish line of the Savannah Rock n' Roll marathon/half marathon. It turned out to be a great decision as the weather was not fantastic. To be able to quickly get inside at the end of the race was worth it. Also, on the days we weren't running, the house is just a few blocks from the free shuttle to get downtown. We ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we imagined due to the weather. The spacious dining area allowed all 9 of us to eat together and play a few board games. Also, the hosts are very responsive and give incredibly detailed directions to find the house, parking, key, etc. Overall, with the chaos of race weekend, it was nice to have everything about the accommodations easy and stressfree!

Just what we were looking for!!

Jon and Carmen were great!! This was exactly what we were looking for coming to Savannah. The house was gorgeous and quirky just as described and it could not have been more perfect. Carmen and Jon were very accommodating and we were able to check in a bit early which was great! Carmen was also made it clear she was available to communicate if we needed. They also had step by step instructions on check in/out processes. In addition, they gave it a personal touch by welcoming all of us guests by name on a chalkboard when we walked in. So charming!!!

Savannah getaway for 7 friends

The host is very responsive and proactive with communication which was helpful! She gave detailed instructions and checked-in with us before arriving. We had a total of 7 girls staying here to celebrate the bride-to-be and it was a great house for our weekend. I would stay here again as it is a cute, unique and eclectic house. However, Savannah has olddd houses and you need to know that going into staying anywhere in Savannah (which we did). The outside is a little more run down than the pictures and the inside for sure could use a coat of paint to freshen it up some.
