Introducing our charming guest house, nestled within a serene 3-unit complex. This open-concept converted studio offers a King bed and a full-sized sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy shared amenities on-site, including convenient parking, a delightful courtyard, a patio with chairs and a table, and a BBQ grill. The guest house is accessible through a driveway that connects to the front of the compound, providing parking for one car.

The Space:
Step inside the guest house to discover a spacious, light-filled retreat. With its tall ceilings and abundant natural light, this hidden gem is tucked away at the back of the compound, separated from the main house by a lush grassy courtyard.

The well-equipped kitchen features seating for four, boasting quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. A window behind the sink not only invites additional light but also offers views of the side yard and the inviting BBQ grill.

Unwind in the cozy seating area, complete with two chairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted 75" TV. The King bed promises a restful night's sleep, while the sofa easily converts into an additional bed. The bathroom, discreetly enclosed by a partition, features a glass-enclosed shower, and conveniently houses a stackable washer and dryer.

Each unit within the property is equipped with its own door lock and unique code, ensuring privacy and security. When renting a unit, you will have exclusive access to the designated space(s). Conveniently located in downtown Bonita Springs, our property offers easy access to a variety of local attractions. Take a leisurely stroll to explore the nearby Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Wonder Gardens, the brand new library, Riverside Park, Downtown Coffee and Wine Company, and more! For beach enthusiasts, Bonita Beach is a short 5-mile drive away, beckoning with its sun-kissed sands and sparkling waters.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
