The Space:

The apartment is set on two levels. Master bedroom, family bathroom and toilet downstairs. The second bedroom, lounge and kitchen upstairs. The bathroom has two entrance doors, one leading to the master bedroom and one leading to the main corridor, both lockable. The WC is a separate room to the shared bathroom. There is a large cloakroom for storing additional luggage.



(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute)

Guests can complete access all areas of the apartment.

You are located in the centre of Queenstown, the adventure capital of the World! Booking offices, transport, amazing nightlife, adventure activities. It is all waiting for you, and all available in just a few minutes walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Takeme" is a local Queenstown version of "Uber" which is very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive! Buses leave from the centre of Queenstown to all surrounding areas very regularly, they are also very cheap.

Guest Verification & Damage Protection

To protect our property and maintain community standards, we partner with an approved software partner. After booking, you will receive a secure link to our Guest Boarding Pass to complete a standard verification and choose your preferred damage protection option:

1. Refundable Security Deposit: A temporary $500.00 authorization hold placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, pending no damage.

2. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: A one-time waiver fee of $55.00 that waives your liability for accidental damage up to $500.00

Please note: Check-in instructions and property access are available after one of these options is selected. Most guests choose the NZ$55.00 damage waiver for simplicity.



Interaction with Guests:

When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!
