Great end of summer trip

Excellent overall property for a family of five, although the place could have easily accommodated a bigger group. Walking distance to anywhere in the village isn’t a problem. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Long weekend in Telluride with family- from Denver

This place and the management company was exceptional!! Perfect house- simply gorgeous, spacious, fun basement for kids with pool and ping pong and excellent hot tub. great location with 10 min walk to Mt Village and so easy with gondola to town. We can’t say enough great things about the stay.

Winter Wonderland

Who doesn’t wanna stay in an awesome log castle with their family and friends, this place was wonderfulTip make sure you use the car service with the HOA that valuable when the snow came cause we couldn’t move our car!

Prospect Falls

The house was very spacious and well appointed. The two boys - 9 and 12 yo - appreciated the downstairs game room. The adults appreciated the roomy bedrooms, comfortable living areas, and the views. An excellent property and an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful, spacious, perfect. We love it

Lots of stairs. Great location but funicular not working. Easy access from path just right of condo. Perfect for families with children.

Wedding stay

Family stayed while in town for our son’s wedding. House was great. Exactly as listed. One call out that we didn’t see, not a big deal, but it is 4 “levels/stories”. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect ski holidays

Location: perfect, steps away from the slopes Property: very beautiful, with nice views. Beds: accommodates 10 people very comfortable Full kitchen, gas grill made our dinner special Hot tub jacuzzi: very, very good. Games room with snooker, table tennis: unforgettable moments with the family. We just LOVED this place, and the staff made everything work throughout our stay. We definitely recommend. 5 stars!!!!

Pleasant summer stay overall

Summer stay. Well appointed, as described. Reasonable views. Not much you can easily walk to, but centrally located on the mountain to get where you need to. PLENTY of room for our 7. Had a list of minor items they should fix (window handles, the mini fridge stopped working, about 6 things overall) but nothing they needed to deal with DURING our stay. Would stay again.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

I WAS SURPRISED BY HOW MUCH BETTER THE HOUSE LOOKS AND IS IN PERSON. WE HAD A FEW MINOR FIXES BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HANDLED EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION - EASY ACCESS TO THE LOCAL MARKET AND GONDOLA, SKI IN AND OUT CLOSE BY, AND TELLURIDE SKI RESORT IS VERY CLOSE TOO. AND THE VIEWS ARE BEAUTIFUL - WAKING UP TO THE BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM WINDOWS WAS BREATHTAKINGLY AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great space, great views and great access

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 4 boys and it was great. We've been to Telluride many times and this is one of our favorite spots. There was plenty of living space and the downstairs playroom was exactly as shown. The location was the real highlight. We could walk out the door and be in the core area in a little over 10 minutes. Our boys did a lot of mountain biking in the park, and the Village trail comes just past the condo, so it's an easy way to finish the day. The porch has great views. There are some trees in front since it's on the front row, but it helps keep it private and the trees don't really block the view of the range. We will be back!

Excellent Summer Stay

We stayed at this property for 10 days during the summer and it could not have been better. There are no neighbors behind the house, so the views of the mountains are unobstructed. There is also a small creek that runs behind the house which sounds so peaceful at night with the windows open. The house is ideally situated within walking distance (if you're comfortable walking up/down a short, fairly steep grassy hill) of the gondola, which makes a car almost unnecessary. The playroom on the bottom floor completely wowed our kids. The kitchen was perfect for the family meals we enjoyed at home, and it was really nice having a grill as well. Guests should be aware that there are a significant amount of stairs in the house, so probably not ideal for anyone who has trouble getting up and down stairs. Otherwise, an amazing house. Will try to book next summer...maybe for longer!

Vacation with friends

Nine adult friends shared this property for a first visit to Telluride. The house was welll-appointed and maintained. Great access to all Telluride has to offer. The great room and kitchen offered beautiful views and a warm shared space alibg with a big table for dinner and games. There are lots of stairs. Bedrooms are all very nice. (Three shared the basement beds.)

Wonderful and accommodating property with beautiful views of the mountains!

We stayed at this property for a week of skiing with our adult children and their spouses. Everything was spotless, well thought-out and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely for cooking and serving meals for 6-8, which we did for many of the meals while we were there. The beautiful views from the living room and dining room table were absolutely amazing and we all spent a lot of time enjoying them! The lower level recreation room and hot tub were also enthusiastically enjoyed by all! Easy access and proximity to the slopes, gondolas and Marketplace were extremely convenient and allowed us to spend more time enjoying the surroundings and less time in the car. I would highly recommend this property for an amazing stay in the Mountain Village/Telluride area!

Great for a group

We really enjoyed this place. It was beautiful and well equipped on the inside. The view of the mountains was incredible. The access to skiing was very nice, almost ski in/ski out with just a short walk. The pool table, ping pong table, and hot tub were nice and got a lot of use. The ride service was very convenient and useful. The location was nice. The kitchen was large and capable of preparing food for our group of 9. We also used the gas grill to cook on the deck. The place was outfitted with televisions and entertainment as well. It really had most everything you'd want. The steam function in the master bedroom was pretty awesome. It's hard to be critical, but there were a few minor things that could be better. The lighting in the kitchen was oddly dim, not sure if there was an issue with the bulbs. The house was quite warm and was difficult to get to a cooler temperature, we never really succeeded. The hot tub barely fit 4 people without overflowing. The house is 4 stories, so you might end up walking up many flights of stairs (at altitude) depending on the bedroom you choose. The road to the house was also quite icy (and slippery to walk on without sidewalks) considering there hadn't been snow in 2-3 weeks. Anyway, I highly recommend. If I ever go back with the same size group, I'd certainly target this one.

Prospect Falls Review

The home was very nice and enjoyable with the exception of no television (cable) service. We attempted to cast to the televisions from an Ipad, but the only TV available for casting was the one in the basement. Main issue was the maintenance of the streets within the neighborhood, these were not maintained and ice had built up making these roads not accessible for our vehicle, meaning we were unable to use our vehicle during the trip. We contacted the concierge the day we arrived and the issues was not resolved until the night before we were scheduled to leave.

As advertised

House was exactly as advertised and the management company was very easy to work with. Only complaint was the radiate heat made a lot of noise in the master @ night, so much so that we didn’t use that room. Other than that, everything was perfect

No hot water

Beautiful place, as advertised and and wonderfully appointed. We did not have hot water for the first 2 days. Called the property mngmt, left a VM and and had to call back the following morning as I did not hear back. Plumber came to "fix" the issue promptly, however we still did not have hot water. Hopefully its good for the next renters.
