The cottage features a queen bedroom, two full beds, and two twin singles, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Enjoyed our stay

This was my grandparents home our family sold 22 years ago. I was so excited to see they kept some of the homes character. A few minor things but overall we look forward to going back if it is still being rented next year. We love how close to the beach it is as well!

Our Fourth on the Cape

Having no lock box for the keys at the property was a real headache. Not being familiar with the area and spotty cell service made getting into the house an unwanted adventure. Only one set of keys for 5 adults was a juggling game too. Really my only gripe.

Worst places we have ever stayed at

Had to pick up keys for rental in a different town than the house, had to pay for linens which I could’ve bought cheaper at a store, when we got to the house, the linens were the wrong size and no pillowcases and we could get new ones until the next day. Outlets did not work in the master bathroom and the other bathroom had none. Soap containers in each bathroom were empty, house was very musty and damp, there were damp rid boxes in every room.

Hi Deena, thank you for the review we would like to correct a couple of your points. On your lease which you signed when you made your reservation it explained the key pick up and drop off procedure, it also indicated linens were not included in the rental. You did call the night of your arrival and left a voice mail message about the linen issue and lack of soap but in your message you asked for a return call in the morning not that evening, we simply followed your request by returning the call the next morning. The linen mix up was corrected that morning and would have been the evening of your arrival had you requested it. The soap was in the bathroom closet and discovered prior to our agents call the morning following your check in. We strive to make our guests as happy as possible and respond quickly to issues that our brought to our attention which we did following your voice mail instructions to handle the next morning. Thank you

Yarmouth vacation

We were thankful to find this rental that allowed dogs and was close to a beautiful beach. We loved walking to Skipper's at night for food and ice cream! The yard was lovely and my kids enjoyed sleeping on the twin beds in the extra tv room. The property managers were very responsive to our texts with questions and concerns. The check in and check out process was a bit of an inconvenience, as you have to pick up and drop off the key 20 minutes away. A lock box on site would have been much easier. The kitchen felt a little campy, and there were a lot of ants. We were very careful to keep all our food in tight bags and in the refrigerator, but still noticed the ant problem.

Quiet neighborhood

Other than what was some sort of miscommunication between the property manager and myself concerning the key pickup, all went well.
