Beautifully set in the trees. Perfect for your stay in Toowoomba this property is set on over an acre of land with views over the Preston Valley. Closely located to Gabbinbar Homestead, Preston Peak, Middle Ridge Golf Club, bush walk park lands and the CBD of Toowoomba. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Chef's kitchen, large lounge and dining rooms, laundry, deck, BBQ and carport. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched deck watching wallabies and listening to the birds.
Tree House Toowoomba features a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room allowing for stunning views of the surrounding tree tops from every aspect. On the split level (up 5 steps) there are 3 nicely appointed bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
A large fully equipped kitchen including; cook books, induction cook top, oven, and dishwasher, plus pantry staples to get you going.
Entertaining is encouraged at the house but there are strictly No Parties or Events allowed.
There are two Queen Size beds, two single beds and two pull out single beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable.
There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
A 60 inch Smart TV and DVD player with plenty of DVDs to choose from.
A split system reverse cycle air-conditioner and fans in each bedroom.
Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large deck, table and chairs and BBQ.
A double carport and sealed driveway with turn around bay for an additional 4 cars.
We have a port a cot and high chair available. There are loads of toys, games and books for all age children.
