Live the Florida lifestyle in this newly furnished (summer 2022) and decorated 3 bed / 2 bath vacation pool home in the community of Cypress Lake Estates, Fort Myers. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. ***February & March bookings - single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented.***

The fully stocked kitchen, dining for 4, and additional outdoor dining on the lanai for 6 are perfect for hosting your friends and family! The master suite has a double vanity and large walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and king bed. A portable playpen and high chair are available for the little ones. Relax in your own private heated pool. The screened in pool deck offers a covered seating area, dining area with BBQ and griddle. The backyard surrounding the pool area is also enclosed, so very private and safe to play in if you bring little ones. The four lounge chairs by the pool are perfect for relaxing with a drink and a book.

WIFI included. Cable & streaming in the living, streaming in all three bedrooms and on the lanai. Propane (BBQ) grill & separate griddle. Beach chairs & umbrella available for your beach days. Portable play pen & high chair. One parking spot available in the garage.

The community of Cypress Lake Estates, Fort Myers is bordered by Cypress Lake Golf Club to the west, and Summerlin Rd to the east. With easy access to US-41 and Summerlin Rd this awesome Fort Myers location is minutes away from everything in town yet still close to beaches and restaurants of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

* 30 day minimum stay in season. February & March bookings - single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented. February 2025 rental must start February 2-4, 2025.
* Daily rentals (6 night minimum) available December 15 - January 3rd and April 1 - April 15.
* Daily rentals (3 night minimum) available in the off season. (April 16 - Dec 14).
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Great time

House was clean and well equipped with all essentials. Centrally located. Easy to get to many activities and beaches. Pool, patio and bbq were great and we used all the time.

Great vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this home. You can see that it was recently renovated and furnished and felt like a brand new home. The pool was larger than we expected and the additional griddle for breakfast bacon and grilled veggies came in handy.We were happy to enjoy Fort Myers Beach again. We can definitely recommend this vacation home and hope to come back ourselves!
