Family-Home trois chambres, deux salles de bains, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie, situé dans le SE Cape Coral près du boulevard Del Padro. Cette belle maison chaleureuse dispose d'une télévision dans chaque chambre et salon, climatiseur, laveuse, sécheuse, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous fournissons également des serviettes de bain, des draps. La piscine est chauffée par panneau solaire, protège beaucoup d'espace de détente, un grand barbecue tout entouré d'une véranda, protège la zone du pont. La Villa Franca est proche de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach et Cape Coral Beach sont à proximité.

Just like home

The house was nicely laid out and very well equipped. The bath sheets were much appreciated. I appreciated the quality of the frying pans, pots and pans so much so that I purchased a set for our own home. Instructions for use of the washer and dryer should be included. We had difficulties operating the tv’s (two of the remotes needed new batteries). Anyone would find the property more than just (comfortable.”)

Winter Get-away

This was a great place to stay for our first time in Cape Coral for a whole month. The house was very spacious and the layout worked well when our family visited. The location was great, we were walking distance to eating and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The internet was slow, but heard they are going to update. It is already booked for next year, otherwise we would have booked it again for 2023. The house needs a "DEEP" cleaning, but did not interfere with our stay. We were fortunate that the weather stayed nice enough that the pool was warm, since it is solar heated. We can't wait to stay there again in 2024.

Good place... BUT to make it excellent...

This was a very spacious home. 3 BR, 2 BA. Pool was very clean. Appliances all worked well. Plenty of towels. But, the Wi-Fi was awful. Good thing we didn't have to do anything for work. The place needs a deep clean. The light fixtures and curtains all were so dirty. I think that in a VRBO there shouldn't be personal photo albums, certificates celebrating 40 and 50 years of marriage, personal photos, a VHS player that is incomparable with any TVs these days, and junk drawers filled with many obsolete items. Location was great. A little dive bar we could walk to. . Maybe we will come back.

Thank you for your stay. I am sorry if you had some issues. However, it could be nice to advise us so we could have sent a maid there to clean what you thought was not cleaned enough. Regarding the stuff in the house: The owner uses her home as a vacation home, and she is entitled to leave her stuff there if she wishes. The duty of the guest should not be curious and look at the owner's private things, papers, or albums, which is not respectful on the renter's part. Sabrina

Winter visit

Cleaning could have been done better as overall house cleaning was not great. Light bulbs out in many bulbs. Should be checked in between visits. Ceiling fans very dirty. Master bedroom advertised as king and was actually a queen bed. Was told matresses were comfortable but they were actually very uncomfortable and old. Outside light at night near garage and walkway very poor. Only light was inside doorway.

It's ok

We stayed in better houses for this price. Let start with location is good, close to shops, restaurants, family park but neighborhood is not nicest. Is really nice for evenings because is so quiet. Back yard and front yard definitely need some love. It looks just sad. Pool area when we came in wasn't cleaned. Table and chairs were dirty (cigarette ash, fingerprints on glass, crumbs under table...) Safety net for pool was just pushed on the side and there was a couple of lizards (not problem for us). Day before we arrive was huracane, so we didn't know if was by wind or Noone maintenance this area but there was table upside-down (we didn't touch it because it was glass top) chairs pushed aside, net was broken so a lot of mosquitoes (was replaced after 8 days) Pool was nice and warm even when was raining. Master bath is wow. Best place in house, totally relaxing. Comfy beds, enough towels and beach towels. Kitchen is equipped but everything is outdated. Management is responsive, everything was smooth. Biggest disapoitment was that, we had a couple conversations and even on the prime listg there is no anything about that garage is not included in this house. So overall 6/10. Dear Emilija I am sorry you had those issues. However, we had a Tropical Storm Elsa passed through the night before your arrival. We did not have enough time to organize the outside due to this problem. Regarding the garage, it is not part of the rental. We do not advertise that this house has a garage, and it is also written in VRBO that the garage is only owner use. Thank you for your stay Sabrina:)

Lovely home

Lovely home with great space and nice neighborhood to walk in. It is about 20-30 min from the beach but watch the traffic, it can be an hour and a half if you time it wrong. Pool and outdoor space was great, but the water wasn't terribly warm in the winter, but we knew that would be the case from the info the owner provided (not a true heater, black tubes that absorb heat from the sun). Water temp was anywhere from 62-80 degrees f. One warning, the wifi is satalite and very slow. We did a speed test and it was five times slower than the cellular data on our phones. We contacted the owner and they told us to set up cable internet temporarily with Comcast. That worked but know you will have an out of pocket cost for passable wifi.

This house is very large, plenty of space. Very clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the outside area every day. We needed to relax and the house helped us to. Management was great and helpful. We discovered great restaurants in the area. Very happy of our stay here!👍

I am just getting around to giving feedback on this rental. We actually stayed in this home March 28, 2015. The calendar would not allow me to go back to that date. I apologize. I wanted to take the opportunity to give feedback on this rental. This rental was clean, had all necessary house hold items to accommodate our stay, the house was in a convenient location, and the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 6 people. The satellite TV was not consistently working and the pool water was very cold during our stay. We paid extra to heat the pool water, however, the water was very cold during our stay and it was difficult for my 2 young children to acclimate to the pool water temperature. I gave the rental a 4 star rating due to this. Overall, for the price of this rental and the cleanliness of the house, I would recommend this rental.

Thanks for your review. I am very sorry for the pool issues. I didn't know that the pool was not enough to warm for you. I have checked your file and you did not pay for extra pool heater. The temperature set in the winter time is 83' degrees. If the client wants to have the pool heated in higher temperature there is a surcharge fee. However Thanks for your review! Sabrina

Home away from home

Our stay at Villa Franca was wonderful. The home is spacious and roomy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed our time at this home. We have choose to have the pool heated.The manager was available and happy to address any questions we had during our stay. Thanks Lisa & Sabrina.

Great family-home

My family and I we spent 7 nights in this beautiful home. It was clean, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, bed linens. The living is very spacious and the master bathroom is very nice. We enjoyed a lot the pool and the water was warm. We really like this house and the property manager were very nice and easy to work with. Will stay here again when we return in Cape Coral
