This beautifully kept condo sits on the 2nd floor, facing the lake, near the Trade Winds Restaurant and Beach on Old Lake Davenport! Equipped with private, screened balconies, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this should be your headquarters for your next trip! Wall-mounted TVs in every room, 2 Smart TVs to easily bring your favorite streaming services with you. WiFi provided throughout the unit, resort and common areas! EV Charging Station available near the clubhouse! There is a Tesla Level 2 charger as well as another J1772 charger.
The dining table fits 6 comfortably, with 2 additional bar stools. Full kitchen features all the major (stainless steel) and small appliances you should need! Pots & Pans, silverware, etc. are all provided for your stay!
