THE FINE PRINT:
Small hot water tank means showers need to be kept short and bathtub only fills up half-way before hot water runs out.
Soft wood floors means they mark easily, absolutely no high heels to be worn in the house, shoes off preferred in general.
Cell service can be poor at the house, but once you're on the wifi you can use your smartphone as per usual.
This is a wilderness property that has steep slopes and soft trail with unstable footing down to the Naramata Creek.
Wilderness animals common to the Okanagan such as bears, coyotes, rattlesnakes and black widow spiders live in the area. Please keep all door closed to keep rodents, insects and other animals out of the house, though screened windows can be opened to let in the beautiful air and sounds of the creek.
Sunken living room does not have railings around it, so please use care around borders of living room.
The South Okanagan is a desert-like environment so please use water wisely.
