Enter the first floor to find a fresh, open kitchen, dining and living room. There is also a first floor bedroom with an adjustable queen bed, a den or study to use as a work staycation area, and a full bathroom with bathtub. Off the kitchen you will find a delightful sunroom with ceiling fan.
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed and one twin bed, and one with two queen beds. There is also a second full bathroom with bathtub.
The yard is level with a nice back area and patio with gas grill, a large dining table with umbrella for 8, a comfortable hammock, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a firepit with chairs for enjoying the night summer air.
This location is great: Besides being able to walk to Campground Beach just 1/2 mile away on the bayside of the cape, this home is only 1.3 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail via Brackett Road and using the set of traffic lights to cross Route 6. It's 3.2 miles from Nauset Light Beach and 4.2 miles from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the cape. Orleans center is approximately 6.5 miles away, Eastham Windmill Village Green is about 2.8 miles away, Wiley Park, which is the back side of Great Pond is about 2.3 miles away, and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market is about 2.6 miles away.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
