Loft historique rénové au coeur du centre-ville

Le loft récemment rénové de Craven Street a été construit à l'origine en 1880. Une restauration complète de la propriété a été achevée en décembre 2016. Avant de subir des rénovations, la propriété a été présentée sur HGTV House Hunters

Le loft avec une chambre et une salle de bains est situé sur la magnifique rue Craven bordée de chênes, où vous pouvez regarder les promenades en calèche se promener ou profiter d'une courte promenade des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville de Beaufort.

La propriété a de nombreux aménagements rétro mais conserve son caractère et son charme historiques. Les planchers à l'origine Heart Pine coulent partout et la baignoire / douche sur pattes dans la salle de bain pour ne nommer que quelques-unes des nombreuses touches originales du Loft.

Certaines des commodités comprennent une télévision à écran plat avec câble, Wi-Fi, lit Queen avec mousse à mémoire de forme, linge de lit et de bain, ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine, une cafetière traditionnelle et Keurig, lave-vaisselle, four / cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / machine à glaçons, laveuse / sécheuse, jeux de société, et plus encore. Il y a une allée privée avec parking hors rue située derrière le Loft.

The house was in a prime location to walk to dinner shopping and morning coffee . The inside was super comfy and clean . The outside porch and railing could use a spray down with a hose but that’s spring in the low country for ya

Location is perfect. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. Communication with TideWatch Vacations is easy; in my experience, they always pick up the phone. The off-street parking provided is a must in this area. I'm a little hesitant to post a stellar review because I'm hoping it will be available for us again next year! :)

This property exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t entirely sure that eould be the case when I arrive - from the outside, it looked like it could use some TLC, and the staircase to the second floor veranda from which you enter was incredibly narrow. But things only got better from there. The living/dining area actually seemed larger than the photos. The kitchen and bath were bright and sunny, with lots of windows. The bed was well made and comfy, and the whole place exuded a sort of vintage charm. The location is terrific - a short stroll to Bay Street and the waterfront and marina where there are seversl good restaurants snd bars. And if you’re a walker, there are an abundance of lovely historic homes in two nearby neighborhoods. Parking is free and easy, though I barely moved my car while I was in town. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit charming Beaufort.

Wonderful surprise!!

This was a wonderfully cozy spot to stay with great access to everything! We walked everywhere! The air was crisp and it always felt great to get back to the warmth of the loft and have a nice cup of coffee.

Historic Loft

The location is excellent. It's an easy walk to Bay St shops and restaurants. The stairway is very narrow and feels a bit dangerous. The loft was clean and bed comfortable.

The house was in a great location - only one block away from all the shops and restaurants on Bay St. The top floor apt that we stayed on had a lovely front porch to sit on and watch the horse carriages go by. The inside of the unit was spacious and well-maintained. Very clean and organized, with plenty of room. I hope to return and stay here again!The only thing I would have altered is the bedding. The top bed cover felt more like a rug than a blanket. Maybe consider changing that for future travelers, or at least advising guests to bring a soft blanket for their own personal use.

Wonderful Location to Explore and Experience Beaufort

This is a wonderful location to walk about Beaufort with easy driving access all around the area. During our two-week stay, we really got to experience life in Beaufort, get to know locals, and live in the historic area with all the sites and sounds of the neighborhood. Clean, well stocked kitchen and laundry.

Perfect spot to explore Beaufort!

This wonderful apartment is clean, comfortable and charming and the perfect location. We could park right behind the house and immediately explore Beaufort on foot. We loved the front porch for coffee in the morning and relaxing before dinner. Deep tub for a soak after a long day and a very comfortable bed! The hosts were very accommodating when we needed to make a last minute change to our stay which really saved our weekend. I would love to rent this apartment again in the future!

The place was super clean and the location in downtown Beaufort is perfect. The suite was actually much more roomy than the on line posting showed and it had all the essentials, from kitchen items to games.

Perfect location with southern charm

We have stayed at this location twice now and would definitely stay again. Can not beat the location, live oaks that line the street out front, historic home feel. The only thing to be cautious about is there are narrow stairs going from 1st floor porch to 2nd floor porch. Not an issue for us but an elderly couple could struggle. I am not sure it mentions this in advertisement.

Perfect birthday weekend

This was my wife's b'day weekend and she wanted a change of scenery. We were pleasantly surprised with the space and it's proximity to the Riverfront. Also, this place was spotless!! Like pristinely clean. We hope to return again and again!

Loft property in the heart of Beaufort SC

This property was exactly as described, very clean and organized, provided all the kitchen/bath basics and more, and offered easy access to historic Beaufort on foot. Definitely will recommend -- do think that it should be clear that the outside steps to this 2nd floor loft are steep.
