Northlake pump track, skateboard park, tennis courts, 4 minutes walk. Relax in our 5 person Alpine spa (March to September) & then saunter on to local café/ restaurant for après ski drinks & dinner 3 minutes easy walking or BBQ in our sunny courtyard.

The space
Sunny and spacious with loads of natural light, this near new, mostly cedar clad 4-bedroom home has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A separate TV lounge with internal sliding door sections this area off from main living area. It has a recliner lounge suite with a 65-inch TV for your viewing pleasure. Hi speed WI FI is available. Other features include a recessed dining area with seating for 8, walk in pantry, all the modern kitchen amenities, a refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes and a ducted heat pump and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
Four bedrooms with three new king-sized beds in each and two new king singles are in the fourth bedroom. A separate laundry with washer and dryer and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) as well as three toilets are included. Alpine outdoor spa pool for five people has a lockable cover and UV light, Ozone and low chlorine keep the water pure (only available MAY to SEPTEMBER).
Sunny and sheltered outdoor private courtyard has outdoor furniture and BBQ. Two parking spaces on the premises are available and house has easy access. FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 14 NIGHTS YOU ARE WELCOME TO MAKE MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE BOOKINGS.

Guest access
Entire home except locked garage, linen cupboard and main bedroom wardrobe. A portable clothes hanger is provided in the main bedroom.
