The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The management company was very responsive. Windsor Island Resort was nice, however, extremely busy when we went. A big brawl happens at the main resort pool area and cops had to be called. Also, had to look at piles and piles of garbage that were placed on the curbs from other homes that weren’t picked up. I mean piles and at multiple houses. The rental itself was a three star. Had to inquire about our pool heat and after we did it got warmer. Pool water level was very low, inquired about that and they said we could fill it with the hose after hours/at night. I feel this is not a guest responsibility.....Upstairs bedroom fan not working, bathroom toilet paper roll broke. Pool area deck is extremely small which sucks especially because the houses are big and accommodate many guests but the outdoor space does not! Had one small seating area on patio. Need to figure out a creative way to add seating on patio. Also, had beach towels but not enough for each guest the house an accommodates. Carpet was extremely stained. Overall experience was good.
