Welcome to Hilton Head Cabana 52!! This well-cared-for and tastefully furnished townhome is new to the rental program and is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is just a short walk to the beach.

The first floor of this villa has all-new luxury vinyl flooring with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has full-size appliances and is stocked with all your cookware. There is a powder room just off the dining area of the main level of this villa. The living room has comfortable furnishings with a queen sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for four people. From the living room, sliding glass doors open to a nice patio overlooking the courtyard.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor. There are wooden stairs leading to the 2nd level, and the hallway, and both bedrooms have new luxury vinyl flooring. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-size bed with a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms.

In addition to the great central location, once inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you will find a quiet, family-friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard or swim in the pool.

This villa is Dog friendly with a weight restriction of 35lbs or under. Pets are not allowed on the back patio or in the center courtyard area.

Reviewer Comments: great location with very friendly neighbors, like a community. get togethers every other week at the pool area. easy to get to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Was great for a week or two, a bit cramped since we stayed a month. we got a great feel for Hilton Head and have already booked a place for next year.

The furniture was comfortable,appreciated the full size appliances in the kitchen.Also the washer and dryer worked great.we would definitely stay here again. The check in process was easy and very friendly staff. Thanks so much.

Great vacation!!!

Reviewer Comments: Was thrilled we could bring our fur baby with us on vacation snd she loved the beach which was a short walk away. Walking to ciliginy park , shops , restaurants, bars , and ice cream was a added plus !! The pool was a great treat after a long hard day at the beach. Being able to cook most of our meals was wonderful. All in all the cabana was very comfy clean and cozy . Will book again !!! Thank you so much for great relaxing month !!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year at #52. I was a little surprised to find sand on the dining room chairs and a piece of old pepperoni under the TV unit. Aside from those I found the condo to be mostly clean and presentable. The only other issues was the garbage in the court yard. The can was overflowing. Fortunately in a few days the garbage was picked up and the smell went away.

Great stay!

This property is very well-appointed, clean, and just as described. Every little detail is thought of, beds as super comfortable, plenty of towels, great location with dedicated parking right at the front door. Beach chairs are provided too. We would definitely return!
