This RV spot was better than advertised. The concrete pad was great! There is and outdoor shower was is convenient for sand removal. There is even a clothesline that is great for beach towels and swimsuits. All of the hookups were in great condition. It was quiet. We had a great time!
Absolutely loved this spot was perfect for a restful fun beach camping experience. The dogs had a blast also, will definitely book again if we have the opportunity. â€ïž
We absolutely loved this spot. It is located on a quiet street with very few people around. The neighbors were very kind. There was some construction noise but it did not bother us. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There is a general store and a beachy oyster bar restaurant within walking distance. We would 100% rent this spot again - and we likely will!

Look for something else...this isn't the spot
I expected to experience construction noise, and it ended by late afternoon every day. What didn't end was the incessant barking of the property owners dogs (see the little camper in the photo?). They were often left tied outside unattended and barked a LOT. No real privacy, no peace and quiet. Won't do it again.
When we arrived the water connection was leaking profusely and being located within a few inches of the electrical connection it was not safe to connect. So we immediately sent a message to pristine properties. We had to boondocks since no connections. Absolutely no phone service so we were not able to call. The next day by someone from property management came by. He was not able to fix it and said a plumber would be out that day. By 4 pm we still had not heard from a plumber Emailed again. Plumber showed up 15 minutes later. He was not able to fix it but was able to rig something else up. The lot was not well maintained and the sand burrs were so bad we couldnât go off our rug. Dogs were kept getting them in their paws. Ended up leaving three days early and going to the state park where we had full hook ups right on the beach. Definitely will not return.
Good place for a camping trip. Just what we were looking for. Not like at a crowded camping resort. Quiet, beautiful place. Easy to get to the beach, roomy. We will be back!
We rented this place in August only by the pictures. We pulled into the property and pulled out.
This is a continued night mare. The property was a mess with trash and in the middle of what appeared to be a construction zone. We have sent emails with property manager and phone calls. None have been responded to, to date.
