âSunset Breezeâ is a 3- bedroom, 2- bathroom family home that has been loved and cared for by four generations! This treasured family home is wonderfully remodeled in a way that highlights the historic charm of this property while seamlessly blending modern conveniences and upgrades. If you are looking for a home away from home - you and your family will love this property!
This first level unit features beautiful hardwood floors that are original to the home, a comfortably furnished living area with flat screen TV, and a renovated galley kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep. The private dining area is located off the kitchen and has seating for six people. Enjoy delicious homemade meals with loved ones surrounded by the glow of ambient natural light that flows through the wall-to-wall windows in the dining room. There is ample seating in the living room for socializing with friends and family during your vacation.
As you make your way past the living room and down the hallway towards the bedrooms, the hardwood floors are a subtle reminder of the history of this home and truly makes this property feel like âhomeâ. The fully renovated hall bathroom features a fresh clean style, great lighting, and a large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is serviced by the hallway bathroom - a great room for the younger family members of your group! The second guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy full-sized bed and has convenient access to the hall bathroom.
At the end of the hall is the spacious master suite complete with a comfortable and welcoming king-sized bed. Guests of this room will enjoy the renovated private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the expansive back deck. The large deck is covered so that it can be enjoyed in any weather and is a truly peaceful setting! Itâs a perfect spot for reading, outdoor dining with the family, or simply relaxing! There is a washer and dryer closet off the master for added convenience.
Located on the desirable South End or Wrightsville Beach this home is perfectly placed! Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings, enjoy watching the south end kite surfers during the day, and catch dazzling sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway in the evening. It is a 3-minute walk to the famous Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, or you can stroll down the block and grab coffee and breakfast at SUNdays cafĂ©. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RVâs, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
