The Space:
This fabulous 2-story home in La Paz is in a stellar location overlooking the Sea of Cortez to offer a phenomenal escape to La Paz. Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make fun new vacation memories!

The main spaces of the home:

- A luminous and OPEN MAIN LIVING AREA with a sensational view of the golf course, bay and ocean. Vibrant accents that pop with color brighten the space and highlight its Mexican heritage. There’s a SMART TV and comfy sofas in the living room that are just perfect when you have downtime to relax at home between sightseeing and activities.

- The KITCHEN has granite countertops and is fully-equipped for you to prepare any meal! Besides an oven & stove, microwave and all the essentiaals, you'll also have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a drip coffee maker for your morning perk up, a blender for afternoon beverages, even a dishwasher for easy clean ups.

-​​ The DINING AREA is situated directly in front of the sliding glass doors to the PRIVATE TERRACE with ocean and golf course views and a nice dining table to seat 4-6 for enjoying meals at home in peace with a lovely view.

- Feel free to sit outside in the shade of the wonderful outdoor terrace. It's a great spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail, chit-chat and enjoy the nice breeze and amazing views, especially spectacular at sunset!

- 3 BEDROOMS, 5 beds, and 3 full BATHROOMS and a half bath to accommodate 7 guests:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed w/ensuite bathroom, Smart TV & access to the oceanview terrace with table and chairs (main level)
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin/Single beds, ensuite bathroom & Smart TV (downstairs)
BEDROOM 3: 1 Bunk bed: double bed & upper has a single/twin bed (detached)

(*Bedroom 1 is on the main level with no stairs to maneuver for those who have lesser mobility and may find it easier and more comfortable.)

Getting Around:
The home is about 10.2 miles | 16.5 km or about a 25-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Starting July 31st, improvement works will begin on the internal roads of Las Colinas. These works are estimated to take around two weeks to complete. Please be aware that vehicle access to the property may be temporarily affected during this time.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please note guests must use stairs to access the lower-level bedrooms.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We ask that you please keep noise and music at a low level and no parties or events are allowed at the property. This is extremely important to adhere to our HOA and not incur a fine. The property is equipped with noise sensors that measure decibels of volume (not a recording device) and if it detects a higher-than-usual volume activity, it will notify us. So we ask that you please help us to not disturb our neighbors. Thank you!

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco and cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home and private terraces. Also enjoy unlimited access to Puerta Cortes Beach Club and exclusive access to Las Colinas Pool.

Beautiful Home - close to best golf course

it was a great stay, the property was very clean. Except for some foul smell on the main level restroom.And the water in the fridge was a great gesture..!

Great location

We tried to find this property in the dark, an employee finally took pity on us and we were able to follow him right to the house. It is a great location and very clean and quiet. The golf cart was a real treat, the pool was beautiful. The grounds are groomed every day. I would definitely go back. The only down side to our trip was being robbed by a policeman on our way to the airport. Be aware, because of this we will probably not return. We found out it is a rather common occurance. Very sad to say the least . The property was great otherwise.
