Welcome to the peaceful lakefront retreat in Muskoka. This newly renovated beautiful cottage is 25 min east of Bracebridge. Breathtaking Leech lake views, Large gentle sloping Muskoka tree line lot with shallow entry to the lake, private dock waterfront deck. Enjoy relaxing in a bug free screened in Muskoka room, fun times with kids playing outdoor games, canoeing, beautiful sunsets & firepit by the lake.

Make yourself at home at this cottage with 2 bedroom sleeps 6 maximum 4 adults. This cottage comes with fully stocked kitchen with propane bbq. Shallow entry to the lake and a fully screened Muskoka room. Kids will have a blast roasting Marshmallows at the firepit by the lake. Small sandy area with shallow entry to the lake. Fully screened in Muskoka room provides a perfect opportunity to relax with a peaceful yoga session in the nature or just chill in a bug free serene environment. For outdoor adventures go on a canoe trip on the beautiful leech lake, play outdoor games with kids or just relax on the spacious deck right on the lake with spectacular views.

Lots of options for dining, shopping, golfing and kids fun at Santa's village theme park in Bracebridge. Nearby falls, hiking trails, golf and local Muskoka attractions for outdoor activities.

Long weekend getaway

This property is a jewel! Exceptionally well organized and maintained. We stayed over Canada Day and although there were cottagers all around the lake it was quiet and peaceful. Lake is warm enough for swimming just mind the rocks. Can’t wait to return.

Great getaway cottage

I enjoyed my stay at this cottage the screened in porch most of all cause the bugs love me and I enjoyed being in that part One thing I didn’t like that my mom couldn’t come down to the fire pit to much cause it’s not a senior friendly walk down from the cottage But everything else was awesome :)

Really Nice Cottage

The accommodations were great and clean when we arrived. The host Sonia was excellent and answered all our questions. Even supplied us with an air conditioner before we showed up. It was definately needed the first couple of nights. A very comfortable stay!

Relaxing lake retreat

The lakefront property was beautiful. We had a great time swimming and paddling in the kayaks with our boys. The cottage was well set up for fun and relaxation. My husband and I loved the screened in porch! We were there during the week and found it quiet and peaceful. The neighbours were quiet and friendly.

Beautiful cottage!

The cottage is stunning and so well stocked and spotless. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! (Ps. Dont use the map on VRBO to get to the cottage. It takes you to some gravel road with nothing around. You will need to manually type the address into your GPS).

Perfect weekend getaway

This cottage was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is a good size, equipped and stocked with everything we needed. We had fun paddling in the kayaks/canoe, life jackets were provided as well, which was great, since we forgot to take our own. We spent lovely evenings on the screened porch and by the fire pit. It was very quiet and peaceful. Smooth check-in and out. Sonia, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience.

Leach Lake Waterfront Cottage

This cottage was even nicer than the photos. Spotless, and as described. Nice waterfront with lots to do. Canoe, kayak, and floaties. We enjoyed the shallow sand entry to the lake. Spent most of our day at the dock, in the water, or on the lake deck. Campfires every night. Lots of places to gather. The screened in porch with the lake view was beautiful. Happy to say not one bug bite! The 2 negatives we had were the neighbours 3 dogs running free, and the same neighbour swimming in the lake at 1:45 a.m,, very loud with frequent F bombs, showing no consideration for other guests at the lake. Overall, it was excellent, and we would go back.

Great stay on Leech Lake!

This cozy little cabin was perfect for our needs. It was so small that my family did not want to stay indoors and spent most of the time outdoors, which I loved! We had one really rainy day and the screened in Muskoka room was the perfect place to spend the day. The SUP, Kayaks and canoe were the best part of the entire stay for our family. The listing shows a ladder going into the water but they have added on to the dock and taken away the ladder. The water entry is great for the SUP and boats, but it really is terrible for swimming and any elderly person. It would be great to have a ladder into the water from the dock again. The only other thing missing to the great outdoor space is outdoor dining. We were forced to eat inside on the table there, which is a little too big for the space so was a little awkward always pushing it back against the wall when not using it. There is a small AC unit that did a great job keeping the entire cabin cool. The water is not good enough for drinking so you must bring your own water. And, remember to also bring your own firewood. All in all, this was a great spot on a great lake to get away from it all. My family made some great memories here!

Peaceful little lake

My wife and I along with our 4 children spent a week here and absolutely enjoyed every single day. Had a couple days of rain but had no problem keeping the kids busy with all the games, tv and beautiful screened in back patio looking over the gorgeous lake with the loons sounding off every so often. Really enjoyed the kayaks and canoe along with the fishing was pretty good. Was very relaxing and would not hesitate to book again.

Leech Lake Getaway

Overall it was a very nice experience, it was nice that you get the sun all day on the deck over the water. The only downfall was the traffic noice from the road behind the cottage, Kayaks would have been nice but I understand there are some on order . Hall Smith
