Effortlessly chic and casually comfortable this three year old, 4 bedroom home is only a 10-15 minute walk to Dunsborough town with its cafes, restaurants, boutiques, bars and beachfront.
It's also conveniently located to the iconic attractions of the Margaret River region. Reverse air-con is available for your comfort throughout home.
The Space
The entry hallway leads you into a TV/Activity area (perfect for children) bordered by two minor bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other a king bed), both of which centre around the main bathroom and separate toilet facility. Table tennis and kids table football game are set up in garage.
Please note that there is only parking for 3 vehicles max and they must be parked on the driveway and the 3rd parking allocation - all off of the road please.
A fourth bedroom complete with bunk beds is the perfect place for a kids sleepout. Our maximum number of guests is 8, for example, 6 adults and 2 children or 4 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms have built-in robes.
The hallway leads you into an open plan spacious kitchen, dining and lounge â all comfortably furnished. Timber look floors throughout make the home low maintenance while the occasional feature brickwork adds a uniqueness to the home.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar providing a comfortable breakfast seating option, a shiny new 900mm oven for the chefs amongst you, a dishwasher and convenient walk-in pantry to store all your goodies. There is a laundry with a combination washing machine/dryer. Reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout means warm or cool air inside with no fuss.
The living area opens to the large outside Alfresco area complete with outdoor dining table, chairs, BBQ and an enclosed garden with an amazing view overlooking the golf course fairway. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine and BBQ while you catch up and plan the next dayâs activities.
There are games for adults and the kiddies in the sideboard close to the sliding doors.
The spacious master bedroom with king size bed leads off from the living area at the back of the home, - making it the perfect private sanctuary. It includes a walk-in robe and resort style ensuite complete with spa bath, vanity unit, separate shower and separate toilet. Another exciting feature in this bedroom is the large glass doors leading out to the rear garden and view of the golf fairway.
Location wise - it's perfect, with numerous amenities within proximity. The Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club and Tavern is a mere stroll up the road as is Dunsborough town. This house is the perfect getaway!
No parties or events to be held at the property. No schoolies bookings and no animals/pets please.
