Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, amenities, balcony, and had a great overall stay. We’d like to clarify a couple of items for future guests. The entry lock is a standard combination lock, and while we understand it may take a moment to get used to, we’re always happy to assist — as we did during your stay. Regarding the dishes, per the rental agreement, housekeeping does not wash dishes between guests. Renters are responsible for cleaning their own dishes and being considerate of future guests when doing so, which can occasionally result in items needing to be rewashed. As for items like baseboards, during peak season when there are a high volume of same-day turnovers, cleaning is focused on the primary living areas and overall guest readiness. Unless something is noticeably out of place, detailed items like baseboards may not always be part of every turnover. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you still had an enjoyable stay.

We would like to remind you that our property description clearly states that the community is still under construction as part of the ongoing recovery from Hurricane Ian. We make every effort to ensure our guests are fully informed about the current conditions, and we appreciate your understanding as the island continues to heal and rebuild. We understand that the construction noise was disruptive, and we truly regret the inconvenience it caused. However, the area itself is coming back to life with many beaches and restaurants thriving again and plenty to do on your vacation. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future as the area continues to rebuild and thrive again and the community reopens its two community pools again in the near future!
