The property location is good for Horseshoe Valley Resort and Hardwood Hills. The accommodations themselves, unfortunately, over promise and under deliver.
To start, we were given the wrong address - we were sent to Carriage Ridge when the property is at Carriage Hills. The nice people at Carriage Ridge were able to give us directions to our actual unit.
Once we arrived, we found that the microwave didn't work and the coffee maker did not have a filter. There are no scissors or butter knives. Despite messaging with the host specifically about bringing 8 people to the pool, we were not told that only 10 people are allowed in the pool at a time. They did not mention that pool times need to booked in advance. Since this is not the way pools are usually set up, this is something that really needs to brought to the customer's attention.
We were asked to wash the dishes, but there was no dish towel. You need to bring you own DVDs if you want to watch anything as there is no cable. The bed was comfortable and the pull out works well for kids. Overall, next time we will just stay at Horseshoe Resort.
