Perfect place to stay

Owners are great and very quick in their response time to any questions. House is exactly as it is described. Our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool. Great place for one or two families to stay in. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked and the theme rooms were a huge hit with my kids and close to Disney! Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

Amazing home, great location

We had a short 3 day vacation with our kids to FL, could not have asked for a better place to stay. House was clean, had everything you need for a longer stay as well. The host/owner were quick with a response on email with anything you needed, and loved the gated community.

Wonderful Staycation!

This townhouse was wonderful! Well taken care of, had most of what we needed (poor planning on our part!), and was super quiet! Being a resident of Orlando, I was a little apprehensive about staying out by Disney, for fear of noise, bit that was 100% not the case. Everything was perfect for a much-needed mom's getaway! Thanks so much for your hospitality :)

property was like the listing said. My great grandaughter really enjoyed the princes room. My great grandson also enjoyed his room. It had most everything we needed for our stay. we could not enjoy the pool due to the weather but it looked inviting. We will stay again.

Awesome Stay!

We enjoyed staying and wished we could have stayed longer! It was very clean and had plenty of room. The owners were prompt to respond to any questions we had. The spa was wonderful after spending all day at Disney. We actually came back early a few days just to spend time relaxing at the house and in the spa. Definitely recommend staying here, and we look forward to coming back!

Disney Fun!!

We were in Florida to visit family, but the house would be sooo much fun for a family Disney visit!! Wish my granddaughter was along she would have flipped over the Princess room!! We were into Orlando twice and Winter Haven 3 times, perfectly located. Everything was clean, the location convenient and the owners easy to work with.

The property was as pictured and as described! 25-35 minutes from Disney and Universal depending on traffic. We had zero issues and the entire family loved the house from the decorations and fun bedrooms to the awesome pool and spa!

Didn't want to leave!

We normally stay gulf side, but wanted a more central location. Loved the layout - think it's perfect to separate kids from the parents. Pool was a dream and my hub loved the spa every night. We wondered about the proximity of neighbors being an issue but it was quiet and peaceful the whole visit. Would highly recommend.

Our favorite place to stay

This is our second time staying here. We love this house! It’s clean and feels like home. We are already planning on staying a third time this October. Deb and Rick think of all the little things and always reply to our requests quickly. We especially LOVE the relaxing pool and hot tub! Our one year old loved the chalk and bubbles by the pool and all the Disney decor. It’s an easy quick drive to all the Disney attractions too!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The worst part of the stay was packing up to leave! This house was absolutely perfect for us. The gated community helped us feel secure, the 2 master suites were extremely convenient for the adults and the themed rooms were loved by the 8 and 12 year olds. The pool was refreshing and great to play in all day with the provided pool toys or cool off in after an extremely hot day at Disney. The spa was nice and hot (heated upon request) and great to relax in after the kids went to bed. If we’re ever back in this area we will definitely stay again!

Overall the house had everything required for a stay. There was nothing remarkably good or bad. The pool and hot tub were nice(though the area was small and no lay down loungers). Also, the pool was heated but,, since there is no afternoon sun based on how the pool faces it could have/should have been a bit warmer. The kids loved the Star Wars and princess themed rooms.

Not sure how a vacation can be enjoyable when when the neighbor across the house is been trying to tow away your vehicle since day one, on the 3rd day of our stay one of our vehicles got towed and the other one was about to. I talked to the driver he said neighbor has been complaining since Saturday but both trucks were parked ok. Long story short it was a bad experience I’ll never go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice and confortable house.Big rooms, kitchen fully equipped, interior of house clean, nice painted and decorated. Big swimming pool (we didn't use it due to cold weather)Very similar to what you see in the pictures.Very accesible to main road for the Attraction Parks.Only complain that the exterior (1st impression) was not to clean. loor was full of palms seed including the entrance of the house. We cleaned to avoid any one to fall down. For the resta a place I can consider to come back.

Definitely not going back!

Paid for heated pool and jacuzzi and wasn’t done after a long day of traveling we we’re looking forward to relaxing in hot tub which never worked! Took two days of tryn to get someone to come turn it on! After 3rd call my calls we’re ignored until I called from another number! Then I drove to office and that after noon two days after arrival of a 5 day trip was it turned on! Beds were terribly hard as a rock !

Disappointing Tuscan Hills stay

We rented 710 Brunello drive for 5 adults to come watch some spring baseball. The pool and hot tub was one main draw. We purchased heat for the pool one month before arrival. Unfortunately, even though we paid, the heat was not turned on. On the third day the heat was turned on however the hot tub never worked for our entire stay. We continually tried to call and communicate with the property management company but the issues were not solved before the end of our 5 night stay. The other issue was that the place just needed a good cleaning and perhaps new carpet. We were sad that the property was not what we expected.
