This beautifully decorated, top-floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 and is located in the highly sought-after South building of The Corral—just a quick walk to Main Street, the ski lifts, and easy access to the free shuttle for skiing, shopping, and dining.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from both sides of the condo, including panoramic vistas of the Tenmile Range right from the living room. Thoughtfully updated, the space features modern mountain dĂ©cor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and brand-new mattresses in every bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for dining in, with new appliances—including a new dishwasher—and everything you need to prepare meals like a pro. You'll also find fans and humidifiers in every room for added comfort during every season.

Unwind on your private balcony with a grill, ideal for taking in the views after a day on the slopes. Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch the sunset in pure mountain style. Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is also located on the free shuttle route and just a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift.

All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Great Family Getaway

The place had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the TV set-up and Bluetooth speaker were great
A lot of times that’s not the case. Only downside would be that one side of the unit (the entry and master bedroom windows) faces a Main Street that’s fairly busy. Probably not an issue at all in the winter, but with windows up in the summer it was a little louder than you’d like it to be.

Great view

The property is nice, but not ideal in the summer. As others have said it is directly next to the main road and first stop light into town and sooooo loud. It is very hot inside unless you open all windows and turn on all fans and even then the upstairs bedroom was difficult to cool off on warm sunny days.

Great location, great experience

Such a great location! It was so easy to walk to town and to easily take the bus to the slopes. The place was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. For the location, I think you get a great value.

Good and bad

Loved the location. Unit was wonderfully appointed and everything functioned as it should. Need to upgrade to soundproof windows as you can clearly hear traffic on Main. Master bed needs a mattress upgrade for sure

Managers is terrible person

My wife fell down the stairs on the check out day around 6am on 07/14-2024 had to take her to emergency room. because she got her head and the back of her ear was split open , the emergency room staff said she needs stitches in ear. Her elbow needs X-ray and needs a CT scan from hitting he head so hard . I called the great western lodge office around 8am when they opened to ask for a later Check out time, explained why and they didn’t care at all and said No so asked to talked to managers and they said no .

Great ski trip with friends!

Three couples from PA heading out west to ski and enjoy the mountains. Our stay was good, the place was in line with what we paid and somewhat close to the chairlift to walk. They had what we needed to make breakfasts and we had a blast. Only hiccup was us trying to regulate the heat. I would suggest another chair arond the dining room table so 6 people can sit. Minor issues however, we had a great stay. Thanks!

Rental Gem

We enjoyed this condo very much. Clean, spacious, convenient location and a well appointed kitchen. We would not recommend adults using the sofa sleeper but otherwise the sleeping accommodations are very good. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of Great Western Lodging. We had a few requests and a minor plumbing issue. Everything was handled quickly by super friendly people. Made our stay extra pleasant. Would rent this condo again!

Breckenridge Stay

Overall good stay. Pros: - Beautiful home, nicely decorated. - Great location, within short walking distance to Main St. where the stores and restaurants are located. - Well equipped with the basics (i.e. pans, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags). Be sure to bring your own basic necessities: shampoo and laundry detergent. - Beautiful views from the condo. - Quick response to inquiries regarding maintenance issues, although not all were resolved during our stay. - Some games available (taboo, Yahtzee), which was nice. Cons: - As other reviews have mentioned, the condo was warm, especially the master bedroom upstairs. We kept the master bedroom window open during our entire stay with the fan on. Bedroom windows face a busy road, so it can be quite noisy throughout the night. Would not recommend if you're a light sleeper, unless you visit during the cooler part of the season. I personally felt a little uneasy about having the window open throughout the night, but it was either that or have a very warm room. Guests in the downstair bedrooms were not comfortable having the windows open throughout the night since their windows were located by the walkway to the stairs. - Experienced some maintenance issues with the downstairs shower (2nd master bedroom). Initially, it was overflowing outside the shower due to an apparent clog. Maintenance came to make repairs, but when we tried to use it, we got a visit from the downstairs tenants saying it was leaking into their condo, so we were unable to use it for the remainder of our stay (We were there for 5 days). - Ceiling fan/lights in master bedroom upstairs did not work. I noticed this was a previous complaint from another review, so not sure if this is a new issue or one that has just not been fixed. Repairman notified us that it was going to have to be replaced, so it did not work during our entire stay. - Listing for condo said it had a "Private Hot Tub", which it does not. When I called to inquire about it, I was told it should not had been listed as such. There is a community hot tub.

We loved the location and property. The upstairs bedroom was about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo - and there was lots of traffic noise with the windows open. But the rest was all good!

Condo review

Pros - cozy condo once heat warmed up, good amenities, games for kids Cons- thought it was closer to Main Street, half of the lights didn’t work, upstairs fan didn’t work, check in codes didn’t work resulting in call to PM , steep stairs could be issue for older guests , welcome packet should have more restaurant info Overrall we had nice stay during our family ski trip . Just more attention to detail could get you better reviews.

Cozy condo and great location

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Warm floors and cozy family room are great. Hot tub around the corner after the day on the slope is priceless. Location is amazing - 10 min from the lift and 5 from downtown, so convenient. Couple small things could be improved: toilet seats are not mounted properly and it bothered our man part of the family, as it wouldn't stay up. We stayed 5 days and we had only 5 dishwasher tablets, which with our big family wasn't enough, couple extra tablets would be great to have. Overall it was a great experience and we would like to go back.

Family Reunion

Fabulous condo with plenty of room for all family members. It’s a great location, as it is right off of Main Street (which means it can get noisy, especially at night) and therefore, close to town. Very easy to walk everywhere.

Lovely location- a few opportunities for improvement

First of all, we loved the location, decor, and quality of the place. But there were some issues: garage code did not work for us, the unit is a little hard to find and more instructions on that would be helpfulness, we did not ever get a call back from the host when we called to ask about A/C, no A/C meant it was really warm when we got in and we needed the windows open. This is no big deal typically but three of the bedrooms are quite close to a busy road, and many from my group were woken up periodically throughout the night. Lastly, the host asks that you do a lot of the cleanup for them. Which always bothers me since we paid a relatively high cleaning fee.

Less than expected

Disappointed in that we felt the property was not cleaned to a minimum standard with hair on the bed mattress, one floor drain, side of one tub and on a throw blanket. Plus, no mattress pads on the beds and some items not working/plugged in. I communicated this and other things to the owner/property manager a day after the move out the 2nd week of August and get a reply within 24 hours that they are looking into it and nothing else.

Nice condo but some summer stay suggestions

This was a very nice condo and situated close to town so easy access to shopping and dining
also close to a lot of quality summer hikes. The only downside was that bedding was heavy winter bedding and since no condos have Air conditioning you need to keep windows open at night especially in upstairs bedroom. With condo adjacent to Main Street the traffic noise can be obtrusive with Windows open or you have to deal with hot room. Suggest more portable fans to help move air around
.otherwise really enjoyed the setup. Of course in Winter these issues would go away.

Great stay!

Close to everything! Nice space and setup!! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. A little loud as it’s right off a busier street was the only negative. Everything was great, just a note to the owner/property manager that the shade by the dining room wasn’t working/broke.and the top floor room window was left open when we arrived (it was raining and a little wet when we got in). Thank you for everything!!

Nice Getaway Spot

This is a beautiful condo with a great large living space with plenty of room for large groups and an excellent kitchen. There's also a nice balcony with a grill a views (past the parking lot) of the mountains. The downsides are all the bedrooms face the highway. The highway is not super busy at night and in winter with windows closed it would probably not be a big issue but in summer with the windows open it can be a little loud. The people who slept in the queen bed downstairs found the mattress old and uncomfortable (bowed in the middle) and during a warm week it was hard to get the loft and upstairs bedroom cool even with fans and open windows.
