All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your favorite beach and pool towels.



A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. Please note if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.



Shipyard requires gate passes for all vehicles to enter and must be purchased at the time of the booking. This villa may have up to one (1) passes. One Beach Parking pass is provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation.The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas. Also, a complimentary trolley makes runs from the Beach parking area to the Beach Club.





POOL:This property is approx. 150 yards to the pool. **Please note, this pool is NOT heated.

BEACH: It is approximately a 5 minute (0.3 mile) walk to the Shipyard Beach Club.



SHIPYARD is a gated community and is on over 800 acres located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!
