This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features five new bed sets, high quality couches, a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and the best new mattresses for great rest!

Each of the four bedrooms feature new furniture with the newmost comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The master contains a king size bed while the remaining bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as sturdy nightstands.

The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen.

The dining area has a 6-foot table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by.

The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking on the side has plenty of space for 2 vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

This property is located just off of 50th and Quaker in the Stubs-Stewart neighborhood. It is a quiet family friendly neighborhood that is well established and safe.

This property is close to the Loop for easy access around Lubbock. Tech is only a short 8 minute drive away, and from there you can find all sorts of downtown restaurants and shopping. Please ask if you are looking for recommendations.

All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
- No Pets!! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
