East Tower is a three-bedroom / 1560 sqft apartment located in Costa del Este, one of Panama City’s most desirable neighborhoods, that has a feel of its own, it's like living in a “city-within-a-city.” Close to the rest of the capital, but packed with shops, restaurants, spas, banks, schools, and offices. This area feels like a self-sustaining community.
The Space:
Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living room which has a sofa area and a flat-screen TV. Continuing you will see the kitchen that is fully equipped with the first brands of appliances and dinnerware.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom and a small balcony looking out to the city. The second bedroom has another queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, both sharing a full bathroom located in the living room hallway.
During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the building community’s amenities including the gym, pool, sauna and kid's playground area. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home.
The Neighborhood:
Most of the apartment buildings in Costa del Este are walking distance from parks, restaurants, and shops. With wide avenues and ample sidewalks, Costa del Este is pleasant to walk. The community is home to a large central park, and a bayside promenade known as the Paseo del Mar is frequented by joggers, cyclists, and more.
Shopping options in Costa del Este include small malls or plazas like Atrio Mall (also home to a movie theater) and the Town Center. The city’s most popular mall, Multiplaza, is just five miles away in San Francisco area.
