Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated apartment community in the heart of the Polaris area.
It's quiet, safe, and 100% smoke-free (even the apartment balconies, parking lots, etc.).
The best part, though, is our location! When you stay at our place, you'll be a quick easy walk from Fresh Thyme (great little grocery store) and several great restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Original Pancake House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chicken Salad Chick, Clean Juice, etc.)
You're also practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (2 miles), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and 25+ more restaurants.
As our guest, you'll have access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. Once you book, you'll receive a message from us with full check-in details including the address + your code for the keypad at our front door. We change this code for every guest. Finding this apartment is super easy, and you can arrive whenever you want after check-in time. As our guest, you will also have access to the community fitness center and pool areas.
What our guests have loved about this apartment: --Close to everything in the popular Polaris area (walkable to multiple restaurants, grocery store, etc.!) --Designed for long stays (dressers and walk-in closets, office desk/chair, comfortable beds, tons of kitchenware, etc.) --Plenty of free parking just steps from your door (up to 2 cars allowed) --2 large bedrooms complete with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bed features a new luxury mattress from Winkbeds as well as white linens + goose down comforters by Frette. --2 full bathrooms (one is an ensuite in the master bedroom, the other is accessible from the main living area) --Beautifully decorated living area with modern furniture and bright ambiance --Easy self-check in via secure door keypad (new code for each guest) --Lightning fast dedicated WiFi and a large 50" SMART TV (Roku) with complimentary DirecTV. --Professionally deep-cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We always block at least 1 night between guests and spend 8-12 hours obsessively cleaning to make sure the apartment looks, smells, and feels brand new when you arrive.
Your stay includes a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, foil + plastic wrap, and more. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher along with tons of kitchenware (various plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, knives, 3 types of coffee makers, blender, toaster, Crock Pot, and more).
What some guests have not loved so much about this apartment: --This apartment is located in a totally smoke-free community. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere within the community (including breezeways, parking lots, and obviously the apartment itself). --Since this apartment is located directly along a nature preserve, all the trees in the Summertime can cause the apartment to be in the shade for most of the day. There's still a quite a bit of natural light, but if you prefer lots of direct sunlight through the windows, this apartment may not be for you.

Not planning to bring a car? Uber and Lyft can take you to nearly every attraction in the Polaris area for just $4-5, or to downtown / Short North / OSU / Easton / Airport for a little more.
Pets are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max, combined weight of no more than 75 lbs). No commonly restricted breeds please. A recent copy of vet records will be required for dogs.
This apartment is located within a 100% smoke-free community, which means no smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the community property (including parking lots, breezeways, etc.).

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and area. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The beds and bedding were outstanding! Jesse and staff were very accommodating and took care of every request promptly. Highly recommend!

Great location, great apartment!
We'v stayed at other apartments at this same location. It is a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to everything. They provide everything you need including paper towels, trash bags, coffee, etc. This unit is very nicely appointed.

Great stay in condo near Polaris
This is the 3rd year that I have rented different condos in the same complex in the Ravines at Westar. It's always through the same company, Epicurean. It's also been our 3rd different condo there. All of them have been clean, and easy to enter on the first day and on check too.
Jessie has been excellent to deal with. He gets back to me quickly if I have a question. There have been an occasional minor repair needed, and they have been taken care of that day.
The bed is comfortable, and there is enough equipment to cook and clean there as well.
Perhaps some salt and pepper would be helpful, but that's the only thing I would suggest.
Thanks for the stay. We will probably do it again next summer.

Amazing-Again!
This was our second stay at an Epicurious Property and it was excellent. The unit was spacious, well appointed, and extremely clean. The location had a secluded feel with the trees off the terrace but was walking distance to stores and shops. Our dog enjoyed the little park and making new friends. Check in and out was so easy and the staff was available for any questions. Thank you again!

Great service and amenities
Great location for apartment, amenities and walking trails all around you. The only drawback from this apartment in particular is way too dark inside. Epicurean was amazing and they did everything in their power to make our stay a pleasant one.
