Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this beautiful home is set up to include your kids, with a play Farmer’s Market, toys, play pen and highchair! It includes a gorgeous outdoor space with a screened in porch and outdoor firepit. Detached garage for secure parking. We want your family to make this your home away from home.

Lovely and comfortable,well-outfitted for our needs. Property manager was very kind and understanding about some cleanup required after we left, of a mess we hadn’t noticed we were leaving behind.

The Urban Farmhouse was the perfect place for our family of 5 - from the layout, to the fully stocked kitchen, the location, and the little details (like children's books, toys, decor), we had everything we could have hoped for in a home away from home. The location and access to the river, parks, and restaurants cannot be beat - especially if you are looking to move around on foot or bike. And the backyard set-up, with a cute fire pit, plenty of seating and a detached garage, made this property that much more enjoyable and comfortable.

A few days in saskatoon for a wedding. This was the perfect for our family of 5. Very well equiped, and very clean. Garage for parking. Close to 8th street. Will defenatly look at this place again in the future.

Comfort of Home

Janelle’s place is like our Saskatoon home. Whenever we come to Saskatoon we try to stay here because it provides us everything we need to relax and enjoy having our friends and family come visit us: backyard fire pit, barbeque, deck, well stocked kitchen and great location.

Cute and spacious urban farmhouse

We loved our stay it was a very nice well maintained property with comfortable beds and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and within close walking distance to many restaurants and stores we would definitely stay there again when we’re back in Saskatoon.

Nice home in a good location

This was a good place to stay for our family vacation. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. It easily accommodated 5 adults. The ceilings were a bit low in the basement if you are tall, but were not an issue for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay in Saskatoon.

Great location, a short walk/drive from anything you could need. The house was very clean and cozy with all the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place!

This was the perfect accommodations for our crew of 3 that came in for a tradeshow. Excellent communication with the property manager Janelle which I always appreciate. Very accommodating. Nice quiet neighborhood. Overall we will definitely look at staying again when we are back in Saskatoon.

Great choice !

We stayed at the urban farmhouse so we could attend a family wedding. It perfectly accommodated grandma and grandpa, myself, my sister and my 15 month old son. I appreciated the toys, the baby gate, the pack n play and the high chair. So much easier when you don’t have to bring that stuff along.It was super slick to get in with all automatic codes and so nice to have access to the garage. The host was prompt with her communication. It Had everything we needed. We would 100 percent stay here again.
