Chris is an excellent host. The property is lovely and exactly as advertised. Check in was well organized and communication with the host was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience.
We had the best time staying together in this house! Lots of room for everyone and the kitchen was great to cook meals for everyone! Will definitely book here again the next time we are in Cochrane!
Great place to stay lots of room to roam. The trail was across the street very easy to get too. Close to all amenities within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and I will definitely be back again!! Thanks Again!!
This house was a great home base for our group event in Cochrane. Very centrally located - a short walk to most popular destinations. If the pool was up and running it would have been awesome, but the beach is quick walk and is lovely.
We had a great experience full circle. Booking the cottage was done very easily and without any issues and the communication with Chris the owner was a 10+.
We stayed here for a snowmobile trip, the location is perfect. The cottage has everything you could ask for. Its very spacious and very clean. It will be a repeat booking for our group.
This property in Cochrane Ontario is wonderful! It's large and comfortable with a modern kitchen, pool table room, entertainment room, and beds galore. The floors must be heated because walking around in socks keeps the toes toasty, even in Northern Ontario's subartic climate. There is a beautiful view of Lake Commando from a large picture window on the landing at the midpoint of the stairs. It's even more beautiful at night, with lights from the town circling the lake. Internet is fast with lots of streaming services on the TV. This place caters especially to snowmobilers, with lots of nice touches our sort appreciates. Everyone laughed at the sign "My Horsey goes BraaaAAAP!
The Ontario trail system is practically across the street, and the Polar Bear Riders groom the local trails to perfection, even in April! Thank you Christopher for a wonderful Northern Ontario adventure!
